Rooms were clean and well lit. Grounds were well kept. Mattresses were very soft. The only issue we had was that they only give you 2 bath towels for a 4 person room so we had to have housekeeping bring more. The provided toiletries we're good quality. We didn't spend much time at the resort so it was perfect for us.
It was good. We had to switch rooms multiple times cause we wanted joint rooms but that was our travel agents fault. The staff was amazing and a wonderful help
Small room , great water temperature and water pressure. Also cafeteria was around $12.00 a meal.
Great place to stay. Great water pressure lots of hot water. Friendly staff. Lots of people around always. Safe place for kids. Adults can grab a drink at the bar. Nice pools

We've stayed at All Star Music on multiple occasions, it's super clean with great staff. The food court has a great variety of different dishes to suit the entire family. There is a lively family atmosphere for a great value. We've stayed at some of the moderate Disney resorts, but we had rather stay at the Music.The kids love it!
The resorts are clean and well kept. There's plenty of open space to enjoy time with family and friends.
As always, any stay at Disney is good. The power outlets need to be replaced, they refuse to keep my chargers held in place. Bed was needing to be replaced, massive dead spot in the middle.
Good value. Consierge wasn't helpful, long lines for busses to theme parks. You get what you pay for.
It has been worst Disney experience ever. We had a five hour wait for room and we didn't get what was in their computer and the lock was broken. The food was awful and half the restaurant was closed. It gets worse but that was enough for me. Their quality of service has dropped to a low.
Clean room. Recommend a room close to transportation.
Ms. Patti at the concierge table was great. Helped my sister in law find the best tickets and noticed it was her birthday and made her a birthday button.
The value resorts are such a great option for staying on Disney property. If you're able to grab a sale, it's just as much (or a few dollars more per night) as a hotel off property but with all the great amenities included for staying on property (transportation, airport shuttles, magic pass, extra hours).
Staff is very friendly and able to help with all requests and questions, cafeteria is nice and service is fast, and the store is a great place to pick up anything you forgot to purchase. Rooms are a good size for 4 and can fit up to 5 with a rollaway bed.
What a wonderful vacation at the All Star Music Resort. Disney pays so much attention to even the smallest detail. The rooms are clean and spacious within close proximity to the pool and food court. And the food! So much! So good!

Very Friendly people, however I was a bit confused about the building on the property
Rooms need to be updated big time ( reminds me of a motel) the buses to the park did not come on schedule as posted. Earlier check in and complimentary bags taken the bus during departure would have been nice. Another fully functional bar in the middle of the resort would be a huge convenience as well. Maybe offer cart rides to the back of the resort, I seen some older people a bit parched from the walk. Other than that, awesome staff and clean property!
So the room was moddest sized but fit my family great. The fridge was small but we didnt need much apace. The only down side was how far the walk was from the main entrance to our room. The pool nearest us was closed until later in the day but the larger pool was very nice. Our son enjoyed playing the games at the pool such as bingo and musical chairs ( a variation of it) we had a wonderful time.
It's okay. The rooms are small. They shoved me in the back every time. I don't know what I have to do to get put in the front, but it would be nice at some point to not have a long walk to every single thing.
Good value resort. Like the transportation. Especially when we're all tire at end of night. Great military deal

As one of the more affordable, on-property options, I really enjoy staying at the All Star resorts. The accommodations are what you'd expect at a typical hotel, and transportation to the parks is easily accessible. Several pools within the resort, a cafe, small store, and full bar make a night in totally possible if that's what you want. I'd definitely recommend it.
Really nice and clean, to get to the rooms it can be a bit of a walk though.
Excellent value for the money. We were there 5 days for a dance exhibition and the resort serves us well
Overpriced motel. Needs renovation to the rooms badly. Motel 6 would have been better.

It was wonderful, the only issue was my view it sucked but nice places like this you have to book months ahead of time because everything goes fast... My family & i will definitely come back great service & family activities, all workers are wonderful. Worth every penny spent.
It's a decent place to stay, if you can get the passholder and/or Florida resident discounts. Otherwise I would pay a little more for all-star movies or POP century.
This resort is for the budget minded Walt Disney World traveller. Rooms are decent size and the rate per night is fairly reasonable by Disney standards.
Very good hotel, warm, comfortable rooms, lots of cleanliness and close to all the parks! Super recommendable !!!
Nice hotel, swimming pool that is good for a little cool
It is a very picturesque place. Very good service and rooms. There are activities and two swimming pools. Cinema at night. A food court. And places to buy souvenirs. Wonderful as everything related to Disney.
As value resorts go, at Disney you may sacrifice some of the luxuries (in comparison to Moderate or Deluxe resorts), but ALL of the Disney charm & magic are still intact & Disney's high - level of customer service is maintained. The food court is well-themed & the food is good for a quick on the go bite. The gift shop is excellent & guests have full access to the awesome Disney transportation system.
Good option to spend little and come with children, much wait at reception ... no matter the time ....
Decent place to stay on site. Busses seem to be pretty regular. Rooms were ok, but beds were too small for 2 people. TV has cable, but there was never anything on...but then again, you did not come here to watch TV. Food on site was ok, but pricey and the menu is very limited. A 16oz coke from a vending machine was $4....ouch!. You can use Amazon Now to order groceries to help cut some costs. There was a small fridge in the room. I'd stay here again, but I'd try to find a king or queen bed.

The rooms are ok, but they never came to clean or rooms, no clean towels, this was after we had already called once that day since we had been skipped earlier and they still never came to clean. They charge way to much for us to have dirty rooms.

The hotel and on-ground amenities were fine but the check-in and subsequent dealings with the staff was horrendous. The room wasn't ready for 1 1/2 hours past the check-in time and prices quoted to extend our stay in the parks was wrong. We were told a price and when we decided to go ahead with it a couple of hours later we were told that price didn't exist. It was much more expensive. The hotel staff seemed a bit clueless. Won't be going back any time soon.
Lowest room types available at WDW, should be renovated and at least have 2020 type bedding. Disney makes enough $$ to make the rooms better. Wasn't happy this trip

Great location. No frills room. Close to the Disney parks. Was there for Marathon weekend and the 15.5 mile was right out the main entrance near McDonald's. Good place to stay for 2, but rooms as small, but always Disney clean. Stayed here before will stay here again.
The theming is great, and the atmosphere is really nice. I really like the pools! Some of the neon needs fixing on the signs. The beds are a bit hard though. However, it is one of the budget resorts, so it's understandeable.

Were told while booking a room via telephone call that check-in was at 3pm. We left our bags at concierge (or somewhere in the front where they had this service) and was told they would be delivered to our room. Came back at check-in at 3pm and we were told check-in would be available during 3-5pm (2 hours and staff avoided to specify when exactly). We waited another 40 mins and decided to chase for our room. Got a room, went in and waited ages for our bags. Called them and they seemed confused about where our bags were. Two-three hours after getting in our room was when the bags arrived and was this not ridiculous? They said the bags went somewhere else. A big let down staying with Disney. Room looked a bit old but still acceptable. The only advantage is that you can travel to the theme parks easily staying in there.
Get more soda fountains closer to the other buildings it would be a nice touch
