I scheduled all my son's in Ft. Myers for a July 5th move. Everyone was very accomadating at thier office. When the crew arrived I noticed one of the workers was asleep in the truck. The lead mover Earnest, came up and checked everything out and then the crew showed up
The sleepy guy was very slow moving and stood around a lot. Turns out he admitted to being hungover. He stayed downstairs for long periods of time and was mostly useless. When we arrived at new house, he sat outside and smoked a couple of cigarettes. After saying something to Earnest he made the guy start working more. But since I played for 3 guys and by the hour I felt like I paid for the extra person and it took lots longer than necessary. After you pay before they unload, I felt things were very rushed and not what I expected as to furniture placement. I clearly let them know in advance about 3 wall units that were glass and mirrored. Was told they would have extra blankets to protect them, which apparently I was charged for.. the knobs on all the units were damaged as the paint was worn off so they were not protected and the back of one unit pulled away- when I mentioned It- they just pushed it against the wall and left...they also left the glass shelves in one of the unit and left the other shelves in my condo so of course more time was taken to come back up with blankets and to wrap. I pointed out shelves to 2 different people before they were taken care of. I called office to complain about the hungover worker and was assured they had a zero tolerance for that and a supervisor would contact me. 2 weeks later no word.. although Earnest and other worker were pleasant I was disappointed with the move and that supervisor never bothered to call back.

Patrick Redfern called me from the company. He listened to my complaints and HE ACTUALLY did something to remedy my frustration. He cared and let me know the owners cared too. Thank you Patrick!
