All -Guard has been nothing but accommodating to me since I first reached out to them 2 years ago. Since then I have gotten the best customer service and my alarm system has been easy to operate and upgrade. Sean has been helpful since day one. Best price for the quality of service.

Dependable 100% They are true to their word and make it happen. Feel SAFE with All-Guard...they are local vs others who really are not...they have a local operator...get in touch with them and you will see the difference.

Deceptive business practices and bad customer services. Shame on me for trusting the account manager. They put us into a 3 year agreement when we clearly communicated to them that we would be moving within a year. Now we are stuck paying the remainder of the contract.

All-Guard has been nothing but accommodating to my needs. As a new home buyer, Valerie was able to give me a peace of mind and answer all my questions. During the process, Sean was also very helpful. I m glad I invested my time and money with this company.

Worst people to work with. Hands down. The accounting department would harass the customer for miss payment up to 5 times a day, regardless if anyone is busy or that we told them someone will call back within 24 hours. Oh the other hand, when there is a service related issues like alarm or video camera didn t work, the field guy would come out and slap you with $150 charge to change out a battery without I die tiny the camera to ensure customer is safe. They would tell you that s not their problem as they were only out to change the battery (for $150! That takes 10 minutes!) but maje you call them again for the real service issue of defective alarm or camera. Why couldn t they do it all at once? Because they figure they can charge you again the next call! Bunch of extremely rude and thuggery practices. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!

My advice is to stay away from All-Guard. We were a long-time customer and were considering upgrading our system 2.5 years ago. The sales rep, Jim Pass, quoted a rate of $35 a month. We said we'd pay $32. He said he couldn't go below $35, so we said we'd shop around. All of a sudden, he went down to $32, verbally. My husband filled out the contract, as I was indisposed at the time, not noticing that this totally disreputable sales rep wrote in $35 and locked us into a three year contract! He didn't give us a copy of the contract either. It said we had 3 days to cancel, but since we didn't have a copy of it, we didn't know about it. The three year term was something he filled in, so it's something variable upon which the rep can decide how much of a sucker you are. My husband said he was certain Jim Pass did not mention a 3-year contract, as this would have been a red flag to him and he wouldn't have agreed to it.

After the system was installed, it took me quite awhile to notice that we were being billed for $35 instead of $32 and when I did, I assumed they had raised the price without notifying us. I recently learned when I called to cancel service and switch to another company that they had us locked into this contract through the end of 2014. Suddenly, when I wanted to cancel they offered me a rate of $27 for next year if I stayed with them. This became $19 the next day after the lady spoke with a manager. So all along, we could have been paying $19 a month and they've been ripping us off for $35!

Ashley in the billing department was not any help at all, except for emailing me a copy of the contract. I even spoke with the president of the company, Dennis Cooke to complain about Jim Pass and his unethical business practices and he completely backed him up - said we had signed the contract.

Their service is not very good either. Our alarm went off while we were on vacation once and they called our back-up contacts. My husband's brother-in-law drove 20 minutes to get here and waited outside our house in his car for 40 minutes! No one showed up and no one from All-Guard bothered to call him back to tell him he could leave. He was very upset and I can't blame him.

On another occasion, the alarm went off as a false alarm and I entered the code to shut it off. I expected a ball from All-Guard to ask if everything was all right and it never came! I called them asking why they didn't call and they said the correct code had been entered to shut it off. Well, someone could have been holding me at gunpoint forcing me to shut it off. The contract specifies that they are supposed to call us when the alarm goes off and it didn't say they wouldn't call if the correct code was put in. This is breach of contract!

Be sure to read the contract before signing. They required a $40 deposit for no good reason - this was not credit to the monitoring service, just another rip-off charge. If you want to cancel, their contract says you have to pay til the end of the month even if your contract expires early in the month!

Valerie reached out to me in regards to leaving a review after we had our system installed last week. I don't generally write reviews but here I am leaving a 5-star review because of the great customer service I have received! I am not great with technology but everyone I worked with within the company has been very patient with me....I think I spoke with Lauren in the service department two or three times because I forgot how to a couple things the installer showed me. Thanks Lauren! And, thank you All-Guard! Keep up the great customer service!

We signed a 3year contract which is what we were told and then 4years later when I call to cancel the service before our 5th year started... was told that I had to pay for one entire year because I didn't give them 30 days notice? ARE YOU KIDDING ME>>>! These people are complete CROOKS. Whatever you do ... Do Not USE THIS COMPANY!

I've been a customer for years but yesterday when my alarm went off frightening my neighbors I did not receive a call from All-Guard. Although they have 24 hour monitoring, they don't actually have 24 hour service. I can't schedule a service call on the weekend and can only speak to a service employee to reset my alarm pad between 7:30 and 5:30 which is inconvenient.

HORRIFIC service and TERRIBLE company. Save yourself the time and hassle and go with a company who actually has some ethics in conducting business. After paying for the full amount when we moved, they charge addition service fee for someone to come to the house to disable the service. They said they can not disable remotely. When we signed contact, the sale rep said we would own the equipment and continue to use it as alarm and not have the remote service, completely lied, the service person came and disable everything, we are not able to use it at all. I would never do business with this company again.
