Valerie reached out to me in regards to leaving a review after we had our system installed last week. I don't generally write reviews but here I am leaving a 5-star review because of the great customer service I have received! I am not great with technology but everyone I worked with within the company has been very patient with me....I think I spoke with Lauren in the service department two or three times because I forgot how to a couple things the installer showed me. Thanks Lauren! And, thank you All-Guard! Keep up the great customer service!
