All County Exteriors Review

I am glad I chose All County Exteriors!! I worked with Shaun to get my roof. He explained everything they do and the materials they use and it had me feeling very confident on the process. The payment options were extremely helpful as well. They crew came on the day of and tore the roof off bright and early. I watched as each layer went on the roof and thought "man these guys know what they are doing." They had it done in a single day, the property was cleaner than when they got here. These guys were so thorough in cleaning, that one of them even coiled a garden hose I left out the night before. They did this job earlier in the summer so we've had plenty of nasty storms. My roof doesn't leak, it's got an awesome warranty, it made my house look better! A benefit I didn't realize that with all the new ventilation in the roof, the house has been cooler all summer!! 5 stars goes to All County!

We are so happy we went with All County Exteriors for our new roof. Not only did Andy come in with all the information we needed to choose the right roof for us but he did it with a short video. We previously had other companies who were here for up to 6 hours with their presentation and were very pushy. Andy even offered to come back to meet with my husband and again was here for only a short visit. Our contacter, Kenny, was here the day the roof when up and was available by phone for any questions we had. The workers were pleasant and very efficient. We will definitely be using All County for our next housing project!

All County Exteriors recently installed new siding on my house. Their guys did a fantastic job and we are extremely happy with the result. Will Seuffert is super to work with as is All County's foreman Mike. They replaced our roof in 2017 and did a phenomenal job then as well. They stand behind their work and I look forward to contacting Will again for our next exterior improvement project!

The pricing was competitive, the workers and foreman were very neat and courteous in our home. the windows have been in for a year and are functioning great and we feel the difference in the heat gain and air infiltration. We will certainly use All county Exteriors again

I used All County Exteriors for a siding replacement, mason work, and new shutters. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Stu (Salesman) was accommodating of my schedule, informative, and gave an honest opinion. He did not try to up sell any products and really took my budget into consideration. Mike (Foreman) and the crew were pleasant, efficient, and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. The project was completed on time and with meticulous care. I am loving the way my house looks now. I will definitely be using All County for future projects and would recommend them.

Replaced 30+ year old plywood with Hardi concrete board. Neat, attention to details.

This company gave my elderly couple a quote for rip off and replace and venting on a ranch in my neighborhood. The quote was 17000 on a 1800 sq foot ranch. This only included 3 pieces of plywood. Then for 1/2 inch ply it was 65 a sheet. Totally trying rip this couple off until i talked to them and told them ti shop around. Do not fall for the if you act now we will take off 500 dollars. Everyone needs to make money but i cannot stand by while companies are ripping old folks off. This roof would have cost around 20000 plus because the plywood i looked at was bad. Nice try and hope more people see this before post before they decide to use hour company

We love our new Windows. Everything with All County Exteriors went smoothly. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our sales rep, Stu, and the installers. We had a few issues with Windows not locking. Someone came right outgrow fix the issue. I would highly recommend All County for your next home project!

These guys installed a new Timberline roof for me and did a fantastic job. They were very responsive, took the time to explain the whole process, and brought a big crew to get the job done in 1 day. They cleaned up everything like they were never there. A+++

Communication was great when we were anxious about timing. Roof looks amazing!

My wife and I decided to replace 24 builder grade windows. I did a lot of research on the brands of windows and chose the Okna 500 series. Just as important as the quality of the window, its more important who installs the windows. We chose All County Exteriors and we are 100% pleased. The crew they sent was very professional, neat and friendly. They finished the project in two and a half days without any mess.My wife is meticulous and hard to please. We were both very happy we chose All County Exteriors.

Spent close to 16K several years ago for new roof, sky lights and other work on house. During a rain storm the area around sky lights started to leak badly so called them to repair since was still within 5 year warranty period. Guy came and spent a couple minutes on roof and said just had to realign shingle. Was about to leave and asked about all the water damage in our sun room from leak. He took photos and has now been several weeks and have heard nothing back.
*** UPDATE: Russ did follow up and sent someone out to repair the water damage done in our sun room.
*** ANOTHER UPDATE: Over the summer in heavy rain storms several locations in our sun room leaked - enough that we needed to put a couple buckets down. All County came out and first tried to blame a bathroom that wasn't even directly overhead even though leaks only happened in big rain storms. Then they blamed Solar City/Tesla even though solar panels were one level up and not even over top the sun room. So I contacted Solar City/Tesla and they have now come out 3 times (even once in a big storm when it was raining so they could look at our attic for leaks during the storm) - they even started patching the sun room even though they found no evidence of a leak in the attic. Last time they came out they did a water test over the sun room and during the test several locations started leaking - they said the flashing must be bad somewhere in the roof All County put in. They said the only way you can tell cause of leak would be to do a water test - can't tell just from visual inspection. Solar City/Tesla was night and day the experience had with All County - All County just tried to blame everyone else without even doing a water test. I have now contacted All County with results of water test (and sent photos) a week ago and still no follow-up. This company obviously does not standby by their work - buyer beware.

The actual people who do the work are ok. But the management is clueless. I've never in my life dealt with a more confused and out of touch group. Trying to get answers is like pulling teeth. I will NEVER deal with them again and I would advise anyone else to steer clear of this disaster of a company.

The foreman on my job was Mike D. He answered every question or concern I had about the job. He is very professional and courteous and takes the time to explain every detail of the job. All County exteriors should be happy that he s on their team.

Had a complete residing done of my home with cedar impressions. Total professionals from Shaun the sales person who had no problems coming back a couple times to tweak things out. To our foreman Teddy and Peggy in the office. All calls where returned promptly. And little issues that need to be corrected we're done in a timely fashion. The job came out spectacular and would have no problems recommending them to anyone else. Nothing but a total and positive experience with them

We used All County for a multi phase project. They replaced our siding/gutters, garage doors, front door, new deck and added sliding doors. We were in good hands from the start with Dominic handling our project details and laying out a design that we agreed would look best for us. When work started Peggy was on top of anything we needed and having this many layers of work getting done l imagine it wasn t an easy task. We had no doubt things were being handled throughout the process, since there was always an open line of communication. Brian and Hanks crew did a fantastic job and any future exterior projects will be done by All County. Prices were also fair, I didn t mind not saving a ton of money here because the craftsmanship/communication alone is worth it.

Stu arrived 15 minutes early, which to me is on time. Discussed the job in detail. Provide samples in three price ranges. Was very professional. Waiting on the quote.

I cannot say enough about the integrity and professionalism of All County. Their business ethics, professionalism, attention to detail as well the ability to ensure they meet all of the consumers needs with affordable pricing is outstanding. I am extremely happy with my experience with All County Exteriors..I called looking for an estimate for some siding that had been damaged..from my first call to the company everyone is so sweet and extremely helpful..I was also very impressed how quickly they came out to give me an estimate and immediately scheduled an appointment to fix the issue..the office first called to say the installer was running alittle late due to working on another job and would come the next day..no problem..then later that day I was impressed that the installer called me to say he could still come the same day and repair the issue..I was thrilled that the company kept in close contact with me thru out the entire process and had to replace siding for a house that was built 19 years ago..they did a perfect job..I am extremely happy and they matched the color of the house perfectly...they did a fantastic job.. :)

We had All County Exteriors do work at our previous house so when we moved to our new home and needed work done we did not hesitate to call All County again. Once there was a break in the rainy Spring weather All County did the roofing job quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The crew was courteous and answered questions I had throughout the process. Office staff and those involved in the estimate provided explanations about what would be done and called us after the work was completed to get our feedback. It was altogether a very satisfying experience.

I had my roof done in 2015 and everything was fine until it rain called the company back and they came immediately and solved the problem. Now the staff is actually very nice I always deal with Diane and she's great. I'm having my bathroom redone by them this year from my mother-in-law.

Due to a recent storm I had a piece of siding ripped off the house. I also had several shingles come off of my roof. All County Exteriors came out quickly and replaced the shingle and rehung the siding as I was able to retrieve the piece of siding. I have used in the past as well with a similar experience.

Terrible customer service. I left 3 messages and never got a call back. Finally spoke to someone who promised to call me back and have never heard back from her. What a way to run a business.

They will not look at your house without charging you $125. just for looking. I asked them, What happens if you want charge me triple everyone else and I decide not to use you? They told me that I would be out the $125. They didn t even try to assure me that they wouldn t do that. I gave them the opportunity to be reasonable by asking them a couple more times what should happen if they gave me a legitimate reason not to use them. They said that I would still have to pay the $125. I even told them that it makes them sound like they re not credible and that s bad business practice, and they said that they understand that, admitting that their policy is not good. Very strange.

Just had my roof done by All County Exteriors. Their name speaks for itself. From start to finish I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Andy (sales) came out multiple times and explained and went over all options with me in great detail. Jeff and his team were great. Showed up early, answered all questions and kept me up to speed throughout the process. Before I knew it I had a new roof installed! Crew left the property looking better then it was before they got there (clean up)!

We were impressed with All County. The siding foreman was proud of his work and rightly so. Siding was well done.

I chose All County for a number of reasons; Stu the salesman didn't try to up sell me, he genuinely offered choices with pros and cons, I was making the decisions. Very comfortable with this transaction from start to finish.

When the team arrived, they used tarps to protect the bushes and shrubs, they were very attentive to the property. The skill set these folks had with preparing/restoring and putting the shingles on was exceptional and after each day's work picked up all the debris. Very meticulous.

Derek the foreman would tell me what to expect to be completed each day (took 5 days for this steep pitched 5,000 sq roof). He was consistent and communicated well. The women in the office were attentive and profession, all around a great experience.

And on top of all that "quality of work" the price was by far the most reasonable.

Called Stu our sales guy All county exteriors we had a problem with a roof leak within 20 min. Kenny & Derek came out in this crazy storm we are having today with very high winds. They took care of the problem temporarily until the weather gets better, I would highly recommend this company, and I definitely want Kenny & Derek back to fix the problem. They were both so professional!! explained the problem and showed us pictures. Big shout out to this team. Completely pathetic. SCAM ARTISTS. They tried to charge my mother $4000 for 30 feet of gutters until i stepped in. When i confronted them they were babbling stuttering caught red handed. Here is the email they sent me. BEWARE! incapable to do a small job. I highly recommend you avoid. This is my review that i am entitled to after they wasted my time.

I invited these people over to do an estimate to replace a rotten window frame. I also invited 2 other companies over as well. The window is fine as per the other 2 companies. All County wants to replace a perfectly good window or not do the job. Why make a small inexpensive job into a major job?...WHY....Because it's all about the MONEY.

The company responded to my roofing issue with expediency. The technician saw that phlanges around the venting pipes from the bathroom and solar tube were warped and needed to be replaced. Also they wanted to replace some tiles which were also warp. They called the following week to do the work before a major rain and winter storm came. After the storms, no further stains appeared. Great service and great price make them a great company!

I had new patio doors installed in September and Dennis Corcoran nailed it. Dennis explained everything to me and showed me all my options. On the day of installation, the guys had no problems whatsoever with the install because Dennis had measured and ordered the doors perfectly! If I needed anything else in my home I would call Dennis Corcoran at All County Exteriors in a minute. I highly recommend Dennis at All County Exteriors for all your home care needs!

Called for an estimate for a new shingle roof. Dennis was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Explained in detail every item in the estimate.

I can't speak to the quality of work of this company because I never actually received the estimate or proposal but still received a bill for the "service call" and a late payment notice after I had already spoke to them about not receiving the proposal. Long story short, seems that there is alot of confusion and not much communication between "departments". I got my roof replaced by another company so they ended up losing $10k from me.

I had them do allot of work for me and they stand behind their work.

the technicians were helpful, worked until finished, left the house and garden tidy, all garbage removed. very pleasant, very professional and wasted no time. When or if possible I will not hesitate to call them again. I have used this company twice and have always been extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. All County Exteriors was wonderful from the beginning meeting with the sales rep who reviewed everything with me in detail. The workers were courteous and professional, and very detail oriented. I felt like the actually cared about the job they were doing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

From my initial contact with Will (Sales) through the job completion working with Derek (foreman), this was the most professional team I'v had the pleasure to work with over the many home improvement projects I've undertaken over the past two decades. Excellent service. Answered all questions. When there was accidental damage by one of the workers, it was taken care of right away.

I contacted all County exteriors, as well as two other companies, for estimates on having my roof replaced. The first company gave me a lowball estimate. The second company gave me a high pressure sale and an estimate well over my budget. But Ed from All County Exteriors made me very comfortable, answering all my questions, addressing all my concerns, and providing me with what I feel to be a very reasonable estimate. I signed a contract with all County Exteriors today with an estimate work to be started in 5 to 7 weeks. Ed assured me that he would try do you have the time frame reduced and get my roof replaced ASAP due to the fact but I have a couple of weeks.

I think it was about 2 weeks later, All County called to tell me they would be at my house the next day to start replacing my roof. I advised as per my discussion with their rep Ed that I needed to withdraw funds from my retirement savings in order to pay for the roof, that it would take 4 business days to get the funds. All County advised, not a problem, they would work with me. 2 days later, I have a beautiful new roof and more importantly no more leaks. I highly recommend All County Exteriors.

This company delivers on its promises!!! From our initial contact with Will, who was extremely knowledgeable in helping us with the scope and cost of our residing and roofing project, guiding us through the process and and remaining involved throughout, to the professionalism and meticulous attention to detail of foremen Mike and Ken and to the expert workmanship of Claudio and his crew. The team transformed our asbestos clad bungalow into a charming cottage with top of the line siding, window trim, gutters and new roof. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional and we definitely recommend this company. Also want to thank Peggy in the main office for her careful attention to this project. I live in Howell, New Jersey and hired All County Exteriors to replace the roof of my two story colonial home.
Everything about my interaction with All County, from calling for an appointment, through final inspection after the job was completed was positive.
My contacts with the office personnel on the phone were always pleasant and professional. Friendly and helpful. Scheduling was flexible and fit my needs.
When the representative came to my home...he was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and prepared. He gave me brochures and a folder with samples of the high quality roofing shingles so I could pick whichever I preferred. He answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I asked if I should have an expensive upgrade to my roof venting and he told me I didn t need it. He could have just as easily made the sale and took the profit, but instead he explained why it was not necessary. I appreciate his integrity and honesty. Refreshing. During his calculations, he applied a company discount because it happened to be July. I didn t even know of this when I chose them. The final estimate was very reasonable and I decided then and there to accept it.
The job date was set and the crew came early. A small dumpster was placed in my driveway with wood under the wheels to protect the surface. Huge tarps were placed around my house and some were shaped into chutes to direct the debris. My house had two layers of roofing shingles and yet they were removed quickly. The site supervisor introduced himself to me and went over the details. The crew was excellent! They were friendly and pleasant. They worked tirelessly and took great care to protect my property. Their attention to detail and professional experience was obvious and appreciated. It reflects well on the company when I see a large crew of workers who apparently like what they re doing and get along so well with each other. Hours later, they were done. Cleanup was completed quickly and thoroughly. My new roof is beautiful and will last for decades!
All in all my experience with All County Exteriors could not have been better...from beginning to end.
They have earned my wholehearted recommendation.

All County was excellent. My salesman, Andy Glaberson was knowledgeable, professional and came with all information I needed to make an educated decision. Their workers did a great job, were very prompt and were done in less than two days. I would recommend this company to anyone who expects only the best!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. 5 months of dealing with these people, after they replaced our roof. It leaked after they replaced it into our bedroom. Took several phone calls for them to come out and fix the roof. The ceiling in our bedroom is waterlogged now and we've been trying to get them to fix it. Still nothing. They were supposed to come 3 separate occasions, no call, no show. I'm absolutely done with this company. I will be writing a letter to my HOA to have them taken off the approved contractor list. I've never dealt with a contractor that had zero accountability for the work they do, and zero regard for the customer.

All County Exteriors surpassed our expectations. Russ Dorrycott, VP of sales reviewed our plans and helped with our project from start to finish. Mike Delaney, our project foreman did an outstanding job. Mike, Gil and their crew worked tirelessly each day. We had All County install a new roof, 12 windows, a sliding glass door, a new front door, stone work and new front steps. Mike made sure that every detail was addressed. It was great to experience such a positive home improvement project!

We originally chose All County for our roofing project several years ago. At the time, Will s professionalism and involvement were a big factor in our decision. Fast forward to the end of last year when we needed siding and Will was there again to guide us through material and color selection. Based on our experience with the roofing project we were very comfortable having All County do the siding. We are very happy we did and recommend Will and All County.

We were very happy with the installation of the roof and the kitchen awning window. There was the incident of the broken gable vent which was addressed and a new vent installed within a few days. We also had another issue, in which one of our windows was cracked. This issue was also addressed by the team at All County with the window being ordered and replaced within about 2 weeks. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. Thank you.

All County Exteriors did a great job removing an exterior door, matching my aluminum siding and sheet-rocking the interior portion. Pricing was better than expected, scheduling was easy, and the work site was always cleaned up after each day. I highly recommend!

Well this is long over due from our project in 2018 but it needs to be said to hopefully save another homeowner!!

Well where can I start, they did not protect the gutters causing damage to numerous of my new gutters, while replacing a skylight the new skylight was a smaller Size, therefor the nailing flange not only missed any rafters, but also missed the roof sheathing to the point that you could see daylight through the flange nail holes, they removed an old attic fan and left the bare wires touching each other against a truss, if the thermostat would had called for power there would had been a fire possibly destroying my home and killing my family, they destroyed our gazebo while moving it, never reinstalled our fence which my dog was able to escape from (luckily my dog is a good dog and didn't go far) and I am still finding roofing nails throughout my yard. They removed our satellite and threw it out. They then tried telling me that the bare electric was not there responsibility they were only responsible to remove the fan. I asked them if it is common practice to leave their work with live electric unprotected and against NEC code and NFPA 70? Once I showed that I have a background in construction and code they quickly backtracked their statements I also had to personally visit their office and ask for the owner before any repairs were made.

I used All County to replace my roof a few years ago. This past week a large animal pushed up the soffit to get into my attic and my roof was too steep for me to fix it myself. I called multiple roofing companies and mostly got quotes for a ridiculous price for a quick fix if they even got back to me at all. All County was the most professional. During this hard time in the State they were still able to be reliable and responded quickly and did excellent work. Thank you again All County!

Their employees trespassed on my property removed my hose from my spicket and never replaced the hose back onto the spicket, which the other end of the hose was in my pond. When I woke up in the morning my pond was drained.

I have made 20 calls and spoke with Peggy and she hung up on me. they won't make good for their employees trespassing on my property. Derek, supervisor for this job, lied and told me he didn't see anybody come on to my property which is only 20 feet from the property that they were working on. I was home that day working and I saw Derek, the supervisor, leave the job site five times and then return with plywood. I saw their workers spitting on the roof

We request that you immediately refrain from bad mouthing our company. This review is completely false. We did a wonderful roofing job for your neighbor and never went on your property. Obviously we got in the middle of a dispute between two feuding neighbors. Even though we were not at fault, we offered you a Visa gift card just to keep the peace. We knew something was up when you requested cash!

This has nothing to do with my neighbor this have to do with your workers who trespassed on my property and illegally accessed the water from my home, took the hose off my spigot and drained my pond and I lost 250 gallons of water. Ed Wessling did an excellent job! He was punctual, polite, professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable regarding our cracked window. We are waiting on estimate to replace it and do roof repair

We used All County Exteriors for 3 different jobs: two different sets of windows and a roof replacement. In
all cases the jobs were performed on time and done thoroughly and very efficiently. We're very happy with the work they've done for us and will continue to use them in the future.

Will (sales), Jeff (foreman) and crew were professional, courteous and kept us in the loop during our roof replacement. Jeff took time to explain the ventilation, take photos, and was upfront about any extras (which were all reasonable) before moving ahead with them.

So far, only a written estimate. But Brian was on time, courteous, and took his time explaining everything start to finish, answering all my questions and making sure I understood what would or wouldn't be done as part of the job. Very pleasant experience.

What a great company to do business with... The roof was done in 1 day. I was at work while the crew was there, received a phone call from the foreman to update me on the progress. I aloa received texts and photos keeping me updated on the work.
The bonus was, they came back 2 days later and used their leaf blower. They cleaned off my driveway, deck, front porch and walkway!!!! What a wonderful surprise ! PS: my roof looks great too!
