Spent close to 16K several years ago for new roof, sky lights and other work on house. During a rain storm the area around sky lights started to leak badly so called them to repair since was still within 5 year warranty period. Guy came and spent a couple minutes on roof and said just had to realign shingle. Was about to leave and asked about all the water damage in our sun room from leak. He took photos and has now been several weeks and have heard nothing back.
*** UPDATE: Russ did follow up and sent someone out to repair the water damage done in our sun room.
*** ANOTHER UPDATE: Over the summer in heavy rain storms several locations in our sun room leaked - enough that we needed to put a couple buckets down. All County came out and first tried to blame a bathroom that wasn't even directly overhead even though leaks only happened in big rain storms. Then they blamed Solar City/Tesla even though solar panels were one level up and not even over top the sun room. So I contacted Solar City/Tesla and they have now come out 3 times (even once in a big storm when it was raining so they could look at our attic for leaks during the storm) - they even started patching the sun room even though they found no evidence of a leak in the attic. Last time they came out they did a water test over the sun room and during the test several locations started leaking - they said the flashing must be bad somewhere in the roof All County put in. They said the only way you can tell cause of leak would be to do a water test - can't tell just from visual inspection. Solar City/Tesla was night and day the experience had with All County - All County just tried to blame everyone else without even doing a water test. I have now contacted All County with results of water test (and sent photos) a week ago and still no follow-up. This company obviously does not standby by their work - buyer beware.
