They will not look at your house without charging ...

They will not look at your house without charging you $125. just for looking. I asked them, What happens if you want charge me triple everyone else and I decide not to use you? They told me that I would be out the $125. They didn t even try to assure me that they wouldn t do that. I gave them the opportunity to be reasonable by asking them a couple more times what should happen if they gave me a legitimate reason not to use them. They said that I would still have to pay the $125. I even told them that it makes them sound like they re not credible and that s bad business practice, and they said that they understand that, admitting that their policy is not good. Very strange.
