No customer friendliness ... Zero customer service ... I automatically canceled my reservation with regard to Covid-19 and now I don't want to create a voucher. An international company should also be able to write in English !!!!! Italian is not an international language !! ... Now go to the lawyer ... Thank you for nothing.

The most worst Airline, my luggage was lost by them on March 2017 and until now (January 2018) they did not find and not paid the compensation. There is no one who answer you properly and no information. Never ever fly by this Alitalia airline. This is the update of January 2018 and still they did not pay anything.

Never again Alitalia .. My husband was not allowed to fly back with 5 year old son in the morning at 7:00 o'clock just nobody wants to come up always another guilty but alitalia said I like to betohne it again NO because the pass was a little broken but 1000% readable He also came with the pass from Frankfurt to Cagliari. Now he should pay again to come back Disgusting does not shame you reasonable with child.
