Amazing experience! Rooms, scenery, all very beautiful! Staff were helpful, well-trained and polite. Definitely would recommend.

Nice Place, Breakfast orders are taking too long time from my point of view if you ask for 700USD per night. But all in all a good choice.

People thought that this place is very pricey but for me it's very worth it with all of the experience that I got here. Their interior was very beautiful and made seriously. My fav one is their private pool in front of my room. Scenery is beyond incredible especially when it's sunset. Staffs was very friendly and helpful. Foods was superb. Very private, quiet, relaxing and this is my best place to escape from the hustle and bustle. But, I can't really enjoy the place because I have to do my business trip here. Sooo it means I will probably come here again on my next visit. Good job Alila.

But entering the second floor of Bali, the GPS signal suddenly disappears ..
Finally I got lost to this place ..
Due to stray, then ask me to security na alias security guard ..

Initially I was friendly, but after a long time I got bitchy,
Finally, with our sleepy faces, we turned back towards the jimbaran ...

A five-star villa hotel in Bali. Very lazy, very relaxing life here. A good place to have time spent for enjoying the harmony.

Here it hosts weddings with breathtaking cliff-by-the-sea views. Not the best place I ve been but definitely a relaxing choice if you can afford 11 million rupiah per night.

Amazing simply the best hotel ever when I was also at the Banyan Tree which in comparison Alila was far superior!!!

Love the decor, ambiance, service and food. Only one thing is I supposed to get a signature cake for my boyfriendas birthday and I never seen it. And it was never mentioned during check in or check out.

Here for a weekend stay and also to attend a wedding of a close friend. The villas are spacious and very serene and architecture gives off a very modern yet eternal feel. A very peaceful private getaway destination. Personally I love their range of body gels and lotions made using pure botanical products.

However one drawback I would note is the presence of mosquitoes in the room. I couldn't sleep at all for the first night because I kept getting bitten by huge mozzies. I ended up with 8 bites on my arms and legs. My friends who stayed in villas around me all mentioned that they got bitten too. Thus would recommend you to check for mosquitoes and ask the staff to spray the room while you are not around to ensure a good night's sleep

Only tried the restaurant and it's really great. Especially because they have a lounge only for coffee or tea time. The architecture of this place is also really great.

It's stylish no matter where you cut it. I can only take pictures that shine. The staff is friendly and very relaxing.

Came there to eat at the warung . The staff at the restaurant was friendly and all but the annoying thing is that we can t even take pictures. They only allow people who are staying there to take pictures due to privacy and stuff. I mean like if u care so much about privacy don t let outsiders come and eat at your bloody restaurant then. Oh and the food wasn t even good

This villa is a very pleasant place. An excellent, comfortable vacation spot away from noise and crowds. You can enjoy sea views and can take a leisurely stroll in several locations. You must be at home, come here.

very calm nd beautiful place. suitable for honeymooners nd enjoying the beauty of Bali in person. Indonesian and western food is available, the presentation is tempting. time feels very fast if staying overnight at this place.

The level of service rendered at Alila is impeccable. From the moment you check in till check out, you always feel welcomed. The staff are warm and friendly. Always going the extra mile to ensure your needs are met, and sometimes beyond expectations. You do feel like this is home, away from home.

Preferable if you are only going to area within jimbaran, uluwatu, since the road to and from can be very very very trafficy at certain hour, and there is very limited alternative routes

Some area definitely need more attention since you can see it's quite old, but overall can is very satisfying

Classic amazing Uluwatu spot. World famous view on the Ocean. Design hotel made by WOHA cabinet with beautiful landscape. The villas are all the same and most of them have a pretty bad view hidden by trees. Indonesian restaurant is amazing. Breakfast is impossible to forget with the seaview. Exceptional service and Spa. Hope that Hyatt new ownership won t change this fragile balance and renovate the rooms

Service was actually okay, but they give us the rules that does not make any sense.

Our family came there today, five of us, we plan to chill out at the beach club or the pool like we used to do in Alila Seminyak,

Here first they said, there is a minimum 2 million spending per person, then come down to 1 million per person then within 5 minutes, 500 thousand spending per person, it does not make any sense for an empty hotel with only 2 tables of total 7 people in the restaurants and nobody in the pool. The hotel looks like in the pictures, unkempt, empty, some places dirty, very sad

We know every hotel has their own rules, we respect that, but in this pandemic situation when all hotels are suffering, instead they are kind of trying to rip the potential customer off, even though we will spend even more than what they expected.

We end up spending the day at Fabulous Four Season Jimbaran, they also have rules and stated at the beginning, good service, more people came than empty alila, we end up spending more than minimum charged at alila, it was worthed.

What an incredibly special resort. same owners as Omnia, the architecture ties together. There s so much peace and zen at Alila, it s quiet, clean, sublime cocktails, an absolutely wonderful spa. In terms of wait staff, Martin particularly deserves a mention. His conscientiousness is to be noted. The rooms have such a lovely layout and attention too amenities and Alila Living products are excellent. The wait staff in the mornings at breakfast can be improved as a few times they forgot several things ordered (maybe due to how busy it was).... nothing too serious but can be improved. Other than that, we had an incredible time here and highly recommend!!!
