The place is good but lacks a rest room in the parking lot.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff and the most beautiful infinity pool that I had experienced so far!

Very up to date and modern resort. Lots of dining options including being able to go to near by resorts. We wish we would have stayed here longer on our honeymoon. It was stop 3/3 but wrapped up a perfect honeymoon. The staff is very friendly.The accommodations are top notch and very nice. The view is breath taking high atop a cliff overlooking the beach.

Romantic secluded 5 stars resort over the cliff should you want to run away from the hustle bustle of city life. As we're only dining no room facilities pics were taken

Amazingly luxurious resort that you will never want to leave. Stayed in a villa, amazing pool and view of the sea with personal butlers who will do (almost) anything you need. The restaurants are amazing. Expect to pay a large premium for the luxury.

This is heaven on earth. It's high on remote cliffs overlooking the ocean with never-ending infinity pools and tons of space to lounge and enjoy yourself. Butlers will assist you at the pool and set up a space for you with everything you need including aloe gel, sunscreen, and cool water.

The food onsite is phenomenal with two restaurants and extensive menus. Visiting chefs provide their own personal touches to the menus so they are never the same for very long. Breakfast was delicious with a range of smoothies and fresh options. I never wanted for food here.

When I was here I didn't actually leave for a few days and just soaked in the resort and enjoyed myself. Everything here is meant to relax and pamper you. You have a butler assigned specifically to you who will refresh your room, stock it with fresh water and fruits, and take care of any special needs or wants you have. Need a bath run with fresh flower petals? Special drinks? Like a particular fruit and music? They will take care of it 24/7.

The grounds are lovely, my room was large and spacious with an amazing bathroom and glass walls that could be opened all the way to allow air into the room and lounging. I had my own plunge pool and could enter it from my bedroom once the walls were opened.

I enjoyed breakfast out in my private backyard terrace by the pool one day until the local "king of the monkeys" came and joined me and stole toast. He was big and had lots of teeth so I deferred to him and retreated into my room while the staff came to chase him off.

A lovely on-site gift shop has items for sale by local artisans and they sell the items they stock in your room for your which include everything down to lip gloss.

We enjoyed every moment there! It's exclusive. The staff is extremely attentive. The food is very good. The view and the surroundings are magnificent. The villas are private, luxurious, well designed, great amenities, etc ...

Beautiful scenery, don't admit to being in Bali if you're not here yet

It's always perfect place to hang out. Beautiful and serene views, friendly staffs and stylish decor.

Remarkable hotel. Our one bedroom villa was huge and private. Loved the pool! Yoga was the best hotel yoga I ve ever done and in such a beautiful setting! Breakfast was definitely worth it.

The most captivating view; the idyllic setting to experience with your loved one. The VIP booking is a must as you will not be disappointed. Mouthwatering all you can eat & drink menu is of exceptional standard and presentation. The food not only looks good but taste great highly recommend!

The hotel is comfortable and quiet, the service is friendly, the food in the restaurant is good, you can have breakfast in the room, but the room is too close, the sitting in the room is very private, the best is that you can have breakfast in the room for free, and The view of the cliff nest is really beautiful! But don't expect too much butler service, there is no difference! The location is also very remote, if you ask me if I will stay next time,
To be honest, I would rather stay at the price of the villa in Seminyak.

One of the best hotelstays I have been in my life. Definitely top 5 in the world out of my experiences. Its pricey but you get a lot of peace, rest and service back for it. Worth to stay at least one night!

Had an excellent stay here with the family for 1wk in a 3 bed villa high up on the hillside. Our butler dewa was the best host ever, and the rest of the resort staff and GM just as lovely. Thanks Alila and we hope to see you again soon

During the day it is suitable but at night it is very dark towards the location.

This chain lacks nothing, except a way for me to live here for the rest of my life.
Everything is soooo good, and beautifully decorated. I rented a rival Villa and woke one morning to find wild monkeys in the patio area eating the fruit I left out the previous night. After they saw me looking at them they grabbed the rest of the fruit and fled the area thank God. Because I wanted a morning swim, and they were in the way.
This location has stunning views of the ocean, which creates spectacular sunsets. The restaurant is another heavenly place.
And the deep tissue massage, it felt so good. The hour just flew by. Afterwards I had the best afternoon nap in my life.

Outstanding facility with amazing service, location is secluded with no beach access but the views are so great and relaxing. Food is average.

This resort is definitely a favourite of mine. The staff and facilities are amazing. From the moment you enter the Lobby and are brought up to your room, the staff really go above and beyond to make your stay and experience a memorable one!
My family really loved their stay at this resort and our Butler/Host Jery was outstanding! we felt that he really catered for all our needs and more! He really made our stay even more comfortable especially for my kids. As a family, we usually explore resorts around the world and normally dont try the same resort again but this experience at Alila uluatu has got us wanting to come back again next year.

Atmosphere was so unbelievably unique. I could've never imagined something like it. Amazing views, amazing designs, food was really good and prices were more than reasonable. Quite a gem of a place

Food was terrible, with expensive prices they should be able to serve great food. Very disapointed

Very beautiful villas, perfect for weddings and afternoon tea

Located in the Uluwatu area of Bali, namely the southern part of the island of Bali. The Southern Region of Bali is a Bukit area which is located on a high rock cliff. ALila itself is also located above a rock cliff. With its distinctive chapel shape and open sea view. This place is often the choice of couples to get married here, with a large garden near the chapel often used for dinner parties as well. The staff is very friendly. The service is also good. Alila Uluwatu is located near the Omnia beach club. There are no online taxis and online transportation here. But the hotel will provide taxi booking services.

Nice facility with snobby management making it difficult for the friendly staff as there are tooooo many restrictions and rules. I wonder how long will they be able to survive, especially during this pandemic period.

I did some small surveys on the Internet before going to Bali and found that there is a god in Bali: Alila Uluwatu! This villa is known for its stunning sea view infinity pool and bird's nest architecture. It is a minimalist fashion style and is a top resort Villa built by Alila Group.

Alila Uluwatu All building materials, such as wood, stone and bamboo, come from Bali, as shown below. This shows the bird trough made of local wood. I won many design awards only after opening in June 2009. "One of the reasons for winning: innovative and unique design, clever use of natural and cultural elements in the world"

The daze pavilion in the villa looks out, a seascape, beautiful, very relaxed, afraid of heat or fear of mosquitoes can pull the floor-to-ceiling windows, usually can also open the wind completely

Go to the public infinity pool area, and when you sit down, you will have someone to give this box of things. There is water inside. It can also order drinks, very physical stickers.

Breakfast is served the next morning, breakfast is invincible.... with unbeatable sea view, both body and mind are relaxed

This villa is based on the most popular green building in the world. They can be found on the Internet and they have won quite a lot of awards. The location is quite secret (it can be said that it is very remote, it will be dizzy by car), and there is a beautiful cliff surrounded by seascape, so it has always been the attention of celebrities in the global fashion industry, like a Taiwanese celebrity last year ( Lin Mujie) was married here last year.

I did have a GREAT experience at Alila. I just can t wait to celebrate my bday and take my family back again. Heart warming service with amazing view, I strongly recommend Alila to everyone. Love more than 3000 :)

Pretty epic hotel - lots of mosquitoes, but they provide some mosquito spray. The pool is beautiful to swim in, although not many folks swim in that specific one. The villas are beautiful. Individual pools, super comfortable rooms, and phones to control the full system.

Tried the restaurant (both sides). The food was good, and reasonably priced. It is easy to get transportation to the hotel, but getting out of the hotel is more difficult since it is isolated.

This is a beautiful hotel that is quite world class.

Staying at Alila Uluwatu in April 2018, amazing architecture but overall review hanging on my mind: they have unfriendly staff with local guests (man & woman- I dunno what's their names- staff near main pool area) unfriendly & trying to drive us away from main pool, maybe because we were local people with Javanese faces. Others staff service is good. Dislike their bfast: Buffet breakfast is better than daily menu.
But I give 2 star because staff near main pool unfriendly. Comeback to stay there? Maybe No.

A luxury stay. Was there in January, the road to Alila Uluwatu is a bit rocky but as you near its gate, it s all nice paved roads. As you drive up to the lobby, you can sense it s luxury style presence. We spent the whole afternoon roasting and lounging poolside. It was pretty quiet, which added to the experience. Felt like we had the whole pool to ourselves. The pool is ONLY for hotel staying guests so if you re just visiting for the day or dining at the restos you re out of luck.

The villa was gigantic, with its own swimming pool in the back. They take privacy into consideration without a doubt, making sure neighbors do not have a line of sight into your back patio. There were two showers - one indoor and one outdoor, a bathtub and a separate toilet. The indoor shower has something like 9 nozzles/shower heads.

This place screams exclusivity. Honeymooners would love it.

Didn t try the spa. Did have dinner and breakfast from The Warung.

Sat a table cliffside. Generous portions and delicious of course. The dimly lit area plus candle lights made for a romantic atmosphere. Breakfast was buffet style.

One of the best chapel in bali for your wedding experience

Okay place to stay according to the price. The location is far away to get to the destination because the sign is small, so it should be a little observant to see the sign. The view is good. It can be used for weddings because there are separate cabanas that can be used for parties or for the ceremony with a view facing the sea. But you have to have a bigger budget if you want to have a party here
