Chased me for a role and then after three interviews didn't have the decency to tell me the outcome. Really poor behaviour.
Ben has been very proactive during the whole recruitment process. He sent lots of information and interview tips before my interview and then gave prompt feedback and follow up afterwards. Further, when I got the job he then liaised on my behalf regarding start dates and induction as I had holiday booked which fell just as my notice period ended. He negotiated to keep an existing temp in place for the extra time I needed before starting therefore ensuring the company was also not inconvenienced. Ben is genuinely invested in his clients sucess and personally ensures that everything is in place for a sucessful job transition. He is very friendly and approachable and made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben.
