Awesome cases and excellent warranty service. I did not expect my case to fail but when the handle broke, it was immediately replaced under warranty. Thank you for standing behind your excellent products. Customer for life.

Where to start... As a Pelican customer for over 1...

Where to start... As a Pelican customer for over 13 years, I'm DONE.

Why? Because their warranty department (Bianca) is awful. It seems like they don't even read emails or look at images. I can to tell her the same thing over and over again, and it seemed she just didn't comprehend the situation.

No support for a 1650 that destroyed itself in 2018 while on location in Borneo (no replacement parts available and pelican customer support wouldn't ship me anything). Had to rig the assembly to work until I got home.

Oops, sorry! Warranty voided please buy a new case at full retail from any of our dealers!

Me: Can you give me a part number so I can pay to replace the rear trolly assembly?

Bianca: No, sorry. But I sent parts out as a one time courtesy even though they won't work with your style of case.

I'll take my business to another case company and make sure I tell everyone I ever meet about pelican standing by their products.

Can t give enough praise to how much I love their product. Their warranty is one of the best on the market. Chris with customer service was awesome and helped me through every step of the process. The response time was very prompt and I highly recommend!

I was working a night shift when I took a small spill and damaged the threads on my Pelican 7000 Series flashlight. I called Pelican and was transferred to the warranty department. I asked the operator if I could go to the facility to claim the warranty for the flashlight since it's essential to my line of work.

The answer was yes.

Having arrived to the Pelican facility, I was greeted by an awesome customer service representative and explained what happened. Before I knew it, he came back with a new flashlight. I am extremely satisfied with this company. I was afraid that I needed to purchase a new flashlight. Thank you, Pelican, for your courteous and professional staff.

Not only do they make excellent products but they stand behind them. I've had the same pelican flashlight for 8 years and it quit working. I brought to them and they told me the LED had gone bad. The promptly gave me a new LED that is brighter and has 3 settings. All done under warranty. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Great cases, extremely poor customer service. Taking my business elsewhere and telling all of my friends. There are other competitors that are US made that are roughly the same price point. Clearly, if you're buying these then price isn't an issue. Do some research and be put at ease with a company that has equally tough cases yet are more than happy to get you quotes or fix any potential issues that may arise!

I drove over a hour from Newport Beach to Torrance after calling and receptionist telling me that someone can take a look at my Pelican 7060 flashlight i have had for many years but had got a little dim and worn out.A man came out from warehouse and offered to take it to the back to see what he could do.I was not expecting anything for free but maybe a quick diagnosis of my flashlight.About 5 minutes later the man walked back in and said they just replaced my old flashlight with a brand new one for no charge.I have always purchased Pelican flashlights because i feel they are the best lights.I know they warranty all there products for life but my light was used for a long time and i was very pleasantly surprised when they replaced it.Great company and great people working at the Torrance location.

they do not respect employees .. Maria Guevara is a rude person. she has been working for the company more than 10 years i can not really understand how can someone work so many years in a company when they have a lot of other employees' complaints. They do not respect their employees Maria Guevara is very rude she has more than 10 years working for that job and I really do not understand how such a person can last so long when she has several complaints of personal abuse! I went to Hr to make a complaint about his deal and just for that reason they did not want me anymore in that job. They called the work agency where they told me not to show up to work but they will not let me in.

I went in with an issue with my flashlight and walked out with a brand new one this is what you call a warranty this is a company that cares about their people that buy their products this is how you run a company I will buy more products and share my experience with my coworkers I am an aircraft mechanic and my life and job depends on high quality products and this my friends is a high quality product I can't get over how excited I am

Those two stars are the hundred percent satisfaction that I've experienced with every other Pelican product I've ever purchased so I don't know what happened here I bought this weapons case about a year ago.I had 2 long guns stored inside. on a trip f
we filled up the truck, i put the case at the bottem of the pile with out other gun cases. So there was a lot of weight on top of it but not that much that it should have broke. And not just kind of broke but fantastically cracked and blew out hinges after only an 8-hour drive. Last hour was over off-road and a bit bumpy but nobody else had a broken case at the end of it and I had just bought it. I wanted to see if it was warranty eligible but moved and having already replaced the case with an SKB which I'm not happy with either but at least it's not broken yet, lost track of the case. Talked to my buddy yesterday it turns out it's been sitting outside of his house with a few other Pelican cases for the last year. I don't know if it's warranty eligible still I will look into it and update this. But I want you to look at those pictures I have attached at the difference between a Pelican Hardigg case and the weapons case i bought. the hardigg has been out there 2x as long it looks new in comparison to mine. Another thing to look at, are the bubbles in the molding. i have never seen a pelican case break before so I don't know if the bubbling is normal but it doesn't look right to me. Comments are welcome.

Edit: shortly after making this post I was contacted by pelican and after a few verification pictures, send a replacement case free of charge. Although I had thought to contact Pelican before writing this initial review, I was unsuccessful in having my issue resolved. That being said to customer service representative who contacted me deserves 6 Stars for their attentiveness to my issue and thankfully abundant experience in problem solving/ troubleshooting. An ability that was absent from my previous attempt to resolve this issue.

Thank you Pelican for standing behind your products, this was the first and only time your product has ever failed me and I am so grateful for your recognition and action in making it right.
I apologize this edit took so long to get out.
