After dealing with the staff at Bartlett Crossing, I am convinced AFI only hires the best. The staff is always friendly when I go into the office. They are always prepared and always have answers to my questions. As a vendor, my payments are never late. I appreciated all that they do. Their great attitude and wonderful service motivates me to be an outstanding vendor that offers outstanding service.
During my stay in one of their properties, I have never had an issue that didn t get resolved expeditiously. There are never any lose ends and what I can say is at the end of my calls I am left confident that everything was taken care of.
I have been a vendor of AFI for several years now. I provide lawn maintenance (ie: fertilization, weed control, grub preventative, tree and shrub care, etc...) for their entire portfolio of properties throughout the US. I work closely with the home office and always stop in to chat whenever I have the chance! AFI is an awesome company to work do work for, they are receptive and fast to respond to issues. On occasion, they have had tenants reach out to them with questions or concerns regarding services being preformed. In these cases, I always get notified by the individual property managers as well as their home office to get an answer for their tenant as quickly as possible. It is nice to see that they care so much about an individual concern and they take time to address it promptly! Talking to everyone at the company from the property managers on up, it is clear to see that their main focus is on keeping these properties safe and nice looking.

The worst company ever. Not professional at all. They took everyone's deposit and charged falsely. Beware if you are renting or working for them. They fire people for no reason. I can personally verify that the reviews are true.
