I have been a vendor of AFI for several years now....

I have been a vendor of AFI for several years now. I provide lawn maintenance (ie: fertilization, weed control, grub preventative, tree and shrub care, etc...) for their entire portfolio of properties throughout the US. I work closely with the home office and always stop in to chat whenever I have the chance! AFI is an awesome company to work do work for, they are receptive and fast to respond to issues. On occasion, they have had tenants reach out to them with questions or concerns regarding services being preformed. In these cases, I always get notified by the individual property managers as well as their home office to get an answer for their tenant as quickly as possible. It is nice to see that they care so much about an individual concern and they take time to address it promptly! Talking to everyone at the company from the property managers on up, it is clear to see that their main focus is on keeping these properties safe and nice looking.
