We were selling our home with another agency. An Alex MacWilliam agent brought in their potential buyer that was not correctly vetted and in my opinion, most likely had dementia. They wasted our time with an insane offer, then ended up backing out for no apparent reason, proving to just being old tire kickers. Highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and vetting process. This "fly by night" agency will not be allowed back into our house under any circumstance.
