Polished In Vero Beach Review

A disappointing first visit. The greeting when I called to schedule was unprofessional. Unfortunately the salon experience was not any better. The person who did my manicure was disinterested at best and left me with a painful cut. The person who cashed me out was eating something and taking a phone call at the same time. Everyone that I interacted with acted as though they couldn't have cared less about my experience or if I returned. There didn't appear to be a manager while I was there or a way to give feedback on their website.

Very accomidating I called last minute and was able 2 get in. Everyone was very nice and very clean wearing masks and taking temperature

I think it was the owner who did my pedicure. I went with a friend and she had someone else. They guy rushed through my pedicure and still left rough heals.

Right off the bat I give Polished a 5 star rating. I made a last minute appointment to get a friend of mine and my toes done. They open at 10am and I called as soon as they opened and got a 1:30pm appointment. I walked in and they automatically welcomed us. The experience was calm, clean and relaxing. I can t wait till October when I get to have a private party with my bridal group to get our nails done before the big day!!! Thanks again Polished. We will be back!

Walked and they were super nice about fitting me in. Never felt rushed and the young lady who gave me a pedi was enjoyable and professional.

Went here for a pedicure. Wonderful, relaxed experience and my toes look great! Highly recommend.

I walked in without an appointment and an injured hand. They were so kind and accommodated me with a great manicure and even fit in a hair appointment. I can not say enough good things about the personnel or the work they did for me.

First time for a haircut at this salon last week. Catie was excellent and listened closely to me when I described how I like my hair to look. The haircut was flawless and I was able to achieve the same results when I washed and blew dry my hair myself. Will definitely be a return customer as it is hard to find someone who will take the time to style and cut straight, fine hair and have it come out perfectly!

Perfect place to get a mani/pedi, wax or hair style! Not only is it clean but also a great atmosphere! ! The decor is adorable and the staff is always fun and friendly! Also, you can pick from 3 scents when choosing your service for a mani/pedi!

I visited Polished today as a trial run for a bridal appointment we have in October. The experience was great! My pedicure was very relaxing. The facility was clean, and the 3 women working were extremely friendly. I can t wait to come back with the bridal party and experience this all over again.

I had a lovely 2.5 hour manicure and pedicure but the price tag was super high and two days later my OPI gel manicure looked awful. Sad because the atmosphere and staff were great just for the price and quality I will not be returning.
