I would like to say that my husband and I have been unit owners of 2 condos in Florida for nearly 17 years and for much of those 17 years have had the absolute pleasure of working with an amazing, attentive & knowledgable realtor, Michele Ritchie. Over the years, Mrs. Ritchie had taken excellent care in overseeing the rentals and sales of our units. Most recently, we sold our final 3 bedroom unit with Mrs. Ritchie and as usual, everything went perfectly as she is so great at what she does. We have rented and sold properties in other parts of Florida and in NJ and we truly wish we had Michele Ritchie at our disposal to help see us with them!
