The law firm I work for has used Alert Communications for several years. They have helped us improve our intake capabilities and have even served as our receptionist for all calls on days when we've had to close the office due to natural disasters (we are on the SC coast). We are able to customize different call paths depending on the type of case and time of day and we are able to quickly transfer callers (and people who submit website inquiries) to attorneys in order to convert them into clients.

Working with Alert Communications has been an absolutely wonderful experience. We have had them on board for almost 6 years and I would not consider using anyone else. Alert will work closely with you to ask the questions that you need asked. They are attentive to any changes that we require and have often made great suggestions to point us in the right direction in areas that we might not have been familiar with in the call center world.

I have no complaints whatsoever about Alert and to my knowledge we have never had any caller complaints concerning any of their agents.

I had the pleasure of a site visit at Alert last fall. They have an amazing facility. The staff went above and beyond to show me the ins and outs of how they handle our calls. I walked away knowing that I wouldn t use any other company for our calls.

Since that time, we have made many changes in our systems and they have worked with us on a personal level to ensure the changes were all correctly implemented.
