The hotel is wonderful, it is part of the Leading Hotels of the World, classic style. Unfortunately I didn't stay there but I only attended a corporate event. The only drawback was the dinner, I expected more from a starred restaurant but I realize that I can't expect much from a corporate dinner with an agreed menu for 200 people! However, I can say that the dining room staff was very attentive and prepared for celiac disease, all extremely kind. I would like to come back and try the starry cuisine on a "normal" evening to get a precise idea. I'll be back!
We stayed here last year and I can not speak well enough of just how beautiful this place is. We got to relax by the gorgeous pool with music and bar service after our days in the city. The staff was just amazing, catering to our every need. It's an oasis! You won't even know you are in Rome until you walk through the lovely park to get to the city. This is a must! We have done many hotels in Europe and this is one of my all time favorites! Don't pass it up!

A most incredible hotel with every modern amenity, spacious rooms and still a distinct connection to its history and old world charm. There is a Michelin Star restaurant on the lower level with a view of the garden, very helpful world class concierge and desk staff that seem to be able to make anything come together for their guests, and English is well received. The garden and pool take all the stress away and confirm you are on vacation. You are more than close enough to all the attractions of Rome, and just far enough removed from the tourist areas to connect with the energy of Italy instead of the chaos of the tourists.
The hotel is so gracious and elegant that it felt almost out of a different time. Everyone who works here is warm, helpful, and full of wisdom. The hotel is slightly up the way from the center of Rome which was perfect for us as we could walk to our morning tour of the Borghese Gallery (perfect), take a morning stroll through the Borghese park (beautiful), and enjoy lunch at the gracious Museum of Contemporary Art right down the street. Our room was large and full of beautiful touches from the colors of the fabrics and walls to the oversized, beautifully appointed bathroom (not to mention wonderful sheets and towels). If we come back to Rome, we will return to this wonderful hotel.
Fantastic place, delicious food, extremely pleasant
Excellent service, polite, knowledgeable staff. Very good breakfast buffet. They have a nice golf cart shuttle that goes around the park. Pool in a private garden setting, comfortable and quite. Not near the "Center" of town, will need taxie or shuttle.
There were extremely noisy building works right outside our window until around 3am made it impossible to sleep.

Dirty things from the previous guest were in the room in the closet and nobody removed them. Its is 5 stars hotel?? Isn t it? The shame and never clean and removed! We asked 2 times to removed this dirty things BUT nothing!
This beautiful hotel and their attentive staff made our honeymoon experience and first time in Italy so special! The location of this hotel is close to the tourist areas but it s located far away that it still feels quiet and secure. The hotel shuttle service that they offer is very convenient and helps you get around the city. We will definitely visit again on our next European adventure!

Dinner top notch though if a concern, check your budget before you go: Pre-fixe starting at EUR 160. We ate outside enjoying superb service and ceremony surrounding dinner.

This hotel is fantastic. There's a complimentary shuttle to the Spanish steps and great cocktails and nibbles in the courtyard in the evening. The service was flawless and they can arrange any trips you'd like. I'd give more than five stars if I could!

Hotel with need of a renovation without a doubt, however still very charming for its retro, well kept even in the older part, wonderful staff, impeccable management, beautiful outdoor swimming pool, two restaurants one starred but still has to improve and a simpler one very pleasant and quiet. At the last minute, we booked two rooms (two adults and three children). Then, the hotel staff told us that because we brought the children, the room was not big enough, so we needed to upgrade the room. Our family spent 800 euros a night and expected the room to be comfortable, but our room was not suitable for couples. We asked the hotel to arrange a room close to the children, but they didn't do it well. We can only ask for at least one big bed room.

Amazing evening, we had a special drink made with dovuta infused with sea urchins, cocchi red vermouth, fevertree tonic and cappers, served with a super selection of canapes, we had soon after a selection of cheese with a full body red wine, service was attentive and smarth, we followed the recommendation of Danilo at the bar and Nicola the sommelier,.
This place is highly recommended if u want to spend an interesting evening out.

The worst experience ever from the reception till the room and breakfast.
Reception- sleepy and unprofessional, it will take them up to 30 mins just to answer a simple question
Room- dusty, if have any allergy...it will appear in a minute
Breakfast- lazy, mean and unprofessional. We were waiting for 30 mind for waiter the bring us our order after instead of simple 3 porridge on milk he brings us 1 on the water. And, yeah, it s after we were waiting for 20 mind for drinks that also were totally not what we ordered. Telling him it s not that we ordered ...response was in the meanest voice ever so do you want it or not? .
The mood was spoiled for the whole day.
Never stay in this hotel if you want to have a good time. I will never come back.
