At the last minute, we booked two rooms (two adults and three children). Then, the hotel staff told us that because we brought the children, the room was not big enough, so we needed to upgrade the room. Our family spent 800 euros a night and expected the room to be comfortable, but our room was not suitable for couples. We asked the hotel to arrange a room close to the children, but they didn't do it well. We can only ask for at least one big bed room.
