The worst experience ever from the reception till ...

The worst experience ever from the reception till the room and breakfast.
Reception- sleepy and unprofessional, it will take them up to 30 mins just to answer a simple question
Room- dusty, if have any allergy...it will appear in a minute
Breakfast- lazy, mean and unprofessional. We were waiting for 30 mind for waiter the bring us our order after instead of simple 3 porridge on milk he brings us 1 on the water. And, yeah, it s after we were waiting for 20 mind for drinks that also were totally not what we ordered. Telling him it s not that we ordered ...response was in the meanest voice ever so do you want it or not? .
The mood was spoiled for the whole day.
Never stay in this hotel if you want to have a good time. I will never come back.
3 stars maximum , it never should be called a 5 stars hotel
Also if you want to go to the city center you will have to use a taxi. Annoying .
