Worst customer service. A teenager girl of their staff was very arrogant.

I have bought the same shoes twice. I had the same problem twice. I've wear it each around 3 times and it riped in the same spot just from walking. Worst quality. First time ive got to exchange with same one. 2nd time ive couldnt since ive started wearing it a couple of times 3 month after ive bought it and their exchange policy is 60 days. Never buying a shoes from there again.

Well overall. The vendors are friendly and helpful. There is a pretty good selection of shoes and interesting discounts from time to time.

a wide choice of shoe, model man, woman, accessories, good services (depending on the seller that we have ...), expensive prices for what it is. But there are always specials.

Returns are free, and can be ordered online and delivered in store!

Wrong info while selling the item and after the payment I realised about price also. No exchange or return..

I felt like I was interrupting a staff hang out session shopping here. As I went to pay the cashier asked me for my email; I told her that I did not want to give it. As to which she proceeded to say that it was a green initiative, so I was convinced. As I finished the transaction she printed the receipt and threw it away... awful and deceiving way to treat clients!

Jadoooooooreeeeeeee this store one of my favorite to see if it isn t number 1 on my shopping list for men's shoes. 3 pairs bought in 2 weeks I am a fan because we find shoes that are out of the ordinary at really really affordable prices ... I like to go and have a look from time to time ... especially the saleswomen and the seller in store they are really smiling and welcoming ...

Bought a necklace that broke immediately out of the package. Took it to return it, cashier was rude, said she couldn t prove it wasn t worn , and offered to exchange for the same necklace which also broke immediately out of the package.

Both times I've tried to buy shoes here on sale, when I went to pay they tried to charge me the full price. When I brought it up, the first time the cashier said the other shoes on the SALE rack were on sale but not this one (??). Six months later when I tried to buy shoes on sale again, they again tried to charge me full price without saying anything. When I pointed out it was supposed to be on sale, the cashier pretended to look at the shoes and box again and looked confused for a few seconds and then suddenly came up with the exact price it would've been with tax if it were on sale. Mistakes happen but 2/2 times it's happened and the staff didn't seem genuine about any of it.. I'm not sure if they are pocketing the difference or what, but make sure you don't let them overcharge you if you go here.

I love this store. Both the shoe store and the accessories store. There is always something original and new. There are all kinds of super interesting things, and the staff are very welcoming and always ready to give us a try. And, since there are often discounts, all budgets can shop there.

The salesman was very helpful in finding the perfect pair of earrings. He took his time to make suggestion for pairing and I'll always appreciate the his helpful and tip. I definitely looked HaaaAat. I'll come show the pics soon as promised.

There was a British tourist who had made a purchase...but was not satisfied with quality...I listened for a little bit n his point was valid
But rather than just offer refund... store clerk let man get very frustrated n upset.. though he was polite.
In certain cases there should be an allowance to offer a full refund..on a pair of shoes...clerk didn't budge !!

Shame on you Aldo...shame.. so for all ppl in Canada n abroad buyer be ware...

Great way to lose business in this day n age !!!

We went to find shoes for a wedding, the pair we tried was was the last size and the shoes were not the same color! Their sale section contains shoes at regular prices and the service was not great. When we arrived no one said hello, when we needed some sizes staff was looking at each other to decide who would serve us. There were not a lot of sizes available in store either.

Dedicated staff. Excellent service. Good choice of fashionable products at very competitive prices.

Worst customer serive ever! I went to buy a pair of shoes, and they got me tricked to pay an extra 25$ for a shoe care and wipes, saying that they come as a package with the shoes, when I paid the bill I checked the receipt in my phone and realized that the bill was 80$ instead lf 55$, so before even leaving the store I went back to the cashier and wanted to return the extra items but they refused and told me that they re not refundable and refused to give me back my money, the store manager refused to believe that they tricked me into it and said that she doesn t believe me, while I was trying to explain the situation the her the cashier insulted in a soft voice and when I asked the manager about what she said, her only answer was she didn t say anything, then told me that she had other customers in the store and she wanted me to leave. This is how bad was my experience at Aldo and I hope that no other customer will be treated the same!
