Worst customer serive ever! I went to buy a pair of shoes, and they got me tricked to pay an extra 25$ for a shoe care and wipes, saying that they come as a package with the shoes, when I paid the bill I checked the receipt in my phone and realized that the bill was 80$ instead lf 55$, so before even leaving the store I went back to the cashier and wanted to return the extra items but they refused and told me that they re not refundable and refused to give me back my money, the store manager refused to believe that they tricked me into it and said that she doesn t believe me, while I was trying to explain the situation the her the cashier insulted in a soft voice and when I asked the manager about what she said, her only answer was she didn t say anything, then told me that she had other customers in the store and she wanted me to leave. This is how bad was my experience at Aldo and I hope that no other customer will be treated the same!
