Service was good but I thought the menu was pretty sparse for an Indian restaurant. Additionally, their dishes felt very oil.

No lift. No way to take a heavy baby stoller up the stairs. Any questions you ask, they will say "This is not India. This is Norway". Stay away from this place.
Great food (had the Lamb Tikka), very nice and attentive staff, great atmosphere.
Very good food! Good price on the buffet. Nice place. Highly recommend for romantic and good meals. But I got a little sore in my stomach ...
Like that they have the buffet, but too bad they are cashews in all the dishes. I can't stand nuts.
Went there with a friend of mine that liked it, they had friendly staff and the food was lovely
Lovely pleasant restaurant. Fine food. Friendly atmosphere. Not very costly.
Surprisingly well. A little close with people, a bit much "machine" but super food ....
Dont expect it to be completely authentic Indian..and coming to the prices items are very expensive..and it will be very crowded.
Very good food! Warm and welcoming staff! Good customer service!
Great food, especially rice: it is tasty just by itself, without any spices.
Top Indian restaurant. Very very friendly & courteous service. super fine & authentic food. highly recommended. gladly again. thank you
Disappointed with the quality and the staffs rude behaviour.
Very good food (Tikka and Mango chicken) and good service Even got great tips on how to improve the fine Indian food I made at home
Great place! We liked their (Indian) food very much. Decent buffet lunch but coffee is not included. We had to pay separately for the coffee which costed half the price of the buffet. We liked their idea if controlling food wastage. Highly recommended place.
Nice Indian restaurant with a fairly standard stressed menu. Tasty but a little expensive, no problem to pitch the menu if you do not like coriander for example, which 90% of the dishes do. Just to say. Friendly staff. Nice area by the pedestrian zone.
Nice service, food came relatively quickly on the table despite full restaurant. In terms of price, it is also completely inside. And last but not least, the food tasted really good. The only thing I draw for is that there could have been even more chicken pieces in butter chicken.
Tasty food and good service. Some innovative dishes that were not familiar.
Visited Jaipur after taking TooGoodToGo app offer for 49 kr. Received a mealbox which consisted of 70% rice and 30% strange-looking meat curry or something, all of it (still hot) covered in plastic so you see the food is swollen and moist is all over the package. "F-off attitude" from the guy handing the mealbox. Just left it there so they can try eat it themselves. All in all, no point of taking the offer cause they have 7-meal buffet for 99, but with that attitude - what's the point to go there?.... Secondly, TooGoodToGo app is meant for "nature-friendly" purposes, while these guys are trying to trick us to sell cheap waste to make extra money for the restaurant.
Friendly staff.delicious food. Punjabi flavored foods. Feel at home. All eat buffet at 99 Nok is available.valuse for money for Desi tourist.
The best place for good Indian food.
The buffet prices at lunchtime are amazing.
No buffet during pandemic times
I have never tasted such good Indian food in my entire life!
Great food, not too expensive, nice location, good service.
A good place to go at a cheaper price. Food tastes good but don't expect it to taste delicious like in Indian restaurants.
Went there because of good receptions, food was ok.
What is Jaipur in this restaurant? Not an authentic Jaipur or even Indian restaurant. Staffs have no manners at all, very arrogant behaves bad to Indians and butters foreigners, shame to Indians as a whole.
Location is good, center of the main market and buffet is nice...value for money.
1 star because 0 is not possible.
Awful experience! Rude staff, not smiling. Frozen starter, brought after 50'! Tasteless main course ...
Never again.
Had the #17. GOOD. Delicious, even. Will be back, if not on this trip, on the next one!
Good but not so great staffs should be called and we should try to get their attention whenever you want order something or repeat your order
Good value for money. Buffet for 99kr. 3 veg and 3 non veg items. Taste is really good. Good ambiance.
Crazy food every time. Many serving and in the kitchen and it is easy to order and get the food. They are very nice.
The food is served frying on the pan or in bowls over candles. Strong food here is against Indian strong (mattress). So medium is strong enough if you are not well used with chili. Ask for Indian beer, it's a very good beer, a bit like home-made Christmas beer in the taste with a touch of spring beer. Great desserts too. Always almost full here and perceived as having a visit to Inda with a fully furnished restaurant with imported authentic Indian fixtures. You must count about 5-600 kroner on two people. But it's worth all the money and you want to go there with an arsenal of good spices on the back of the tongue and it's an experience and an excellent birthday / date / family night place. Recommended at the Indian strongest One of my favorite places where I dream about their food and have to go back
A very special meal we had. Nice people.Excellent Indian sweets
Fantastic food, service minded and friendly staff. No or little waiting time despite the fact that there are quite a few here. Good prices and you get full. 5 stars from me and my husband. Here we travel again.
Amazing food. We were amazed to find such good Indian food up there in Norway. Service was good and the prices were not too much.
A decent indian restaurant in Oslo. Neither above or under expectations. However, I just tried one of their dishes from their menu. Might come back to explore the restaurant some more. The restaurant is really convienient. It is just located near one of the subway stations called "Stortinget".
Good and cheap (100 NOK full plate - how much You can take) restaurant on first floor not bad view from windows home atmosphere.
Very nice place with very good service but one thing I didn't like is that there was no music. Food was great and hot. I recommend to take the special offer!! I will definitely visit again!!
Very nice restaurant. Very nice people. Food is very good :)
They served lunch quickly, but when the restaurant got busy, they kept us waiting for desert, when we wanted to leave restaurant because of delay, staff became rude and didn't apologise for delay.
Overall food is good.
Most spicy food was not spicy for an Indian. I had to order pickle.
Wonderful food and friendly staff. Will always come back here. One of, if not the best, Indian restaurant in Oslo.
Very good food here! Usually quick service, but today we sat down for a long time at the table to get paid.
Spacious, pleasant place with good food and nice staff. Recommended!
Absolutely amazing food. Truly authentic Indian cuisine. We travel all around the globe, and have mostly been disappointed by the quality of Indian food especially in EU region. This place is definitely my top selection for excellent Indian food. The best part is the buffet is just 10, for Oslo standard that is an amazing value for money. It has options for both veg ( not Vegan - like normal vegetarians) and non vegetarians. A must must recommendation to all Indian and especially people who love Indian cuisine.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. With this location and low price for a buffet, I had low expectations at first. But now I m just grateful this place exists. 3 veggie options plus salad, and 3 meat options... all with a strong spice profile (without that much chilli).
This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in Oslo! Their curries are amazing and their pani puri is a must-try
Really tasty food, Just like home! Lunch buffe is a recommendation.
Such a horrible experience today. Never going to that restaurant again. Such a poor behavior from staff. No humanity, how good the food could be...
As a family, we are a huge fan of indian cuisine.I am afraid to say this the second place I visit that disappointed me. The food was Ok and tasty, although, they use so much sause and spice that you can't recognise the tast of meet or vegetables. E.g. I ordered duck curry, I didn't taste duck at all. while I use to recognise chicken and lam meet in other restaurants. I and my son were disappointed of Nan bread! Usually Nan bread comes with melted cheese inside, not hard cheese with a lot of onion on the top. The place needs to re-make or hard cleaning, the flour was not clean at all! Despite this, I told the young waitress that the meal was delicious because she was very nice and lovely! I didn't want to bother her.. :)
They have Same menu everyday. Very disappointed with the service and food quality. Arrogant staffs and the behaviour was quite irritating.
Budget Indian restaurant with buffet in just 99 Krone
Good and reasonably priced food. Can highly recommend the bufe they have. Good naan breads with or without garlic. It bears some impression that it is an old, worn out restaurant. But good service.
Fantastic food at a very reasonable price! Nice premises, and in addition, the staff is great. Really recommended!
Very desi(indian) .
Its the perfect, pure indian style Restaurant.
Food- the food here is very tasty, full meal available.
If someone from india staying in oslo and missing the indian kitchen then just go and sit and you will feel in india.
Price - The quality of food is so good so its price shouldn't matter.
Its bit expensive compared to other indian restaurant available in nearby places
It was a great spot for dinner with the family after a day full of sightseeing in Oslo. The food was as close to authentic food as you can find in a Scandinavian country. The spices made the food hit right to the heart and made us think of home, and the loud atmosphere took us back as well. The service could be improved.
We were at Jaipur for a dinner recently, but it was a complete waste of time and money.
Cheap food, cheaper looking tableware and extremely impolite staff.
Something as bad as frozen cold and dry Gulab jamin is priced at 200kr, and it has zero taste.
Would never go again or recommend it.
Great service and food! Easy to navigate menu and service not being from Norway
Food was really good. I was very skeptical about going to this place after having read so many negative reviews from fellow Indians that they have discriminatory behavior towards Indians. But we still went ahead after having decided that we would leave immediately if we are not treated right. Fortunately we did not have any problems here.
