Unique tulips and well maintained park, tickets expensive and too much crowd. Not comparable to any other spring flower park
Unique tulips and well maintained park, tickets expensive and too much crowd. Not comparable to any other spring flower park
The park is one of a kind!!! 1st of May and some of the tulips are gone but still plenty to see and photograph!!! The only negative is the amount of people visiting which can some times be disturbing! Non the less, a must visit!
Go here every year for Castlefest. Amazing location for an amazing festival!
really beautiful! But so much windy, never forget to bring jacket.
Nice flowers, surprising compositions, amazing views and smells, cute cafeteria's.
Incredible experience! It's better to go there in the morning, at 11am there's already a bunch of crowd
Absolutely Beautiful, definitely recommend visiting in Spring
Those tulips are so pretty! I can spend hours staring at them! Everyone can now be a photographer, cause no matter which angle you photo the picture, you will still get the postcard picture, desktop wallpaper! Fantastic!
Absolutely beautiful. The maintenance is comparable to nothing I've seen. If you go to Amsterdam for the first time, you have to take a break from all the other activities and go here for a couple of hours during the season. Definitely worth the ride. I will definitely go back if I'm back in Amsterdam.
Truly one of the few places you should visit before you die.
Mesmerized by the view. But actually the weather quite hot.
Amazing place. We were lucky to be there just in time before the park closed for this year. Beautiful flower and various formations made from tulips.
The theme at Kuekenhof was love...all the decorations were around this theme.Varierty of Tulips were seen
Garden is awesome, hard to describe in words. Largest tulip garden in the world. Opens only for 8 weeks. Better to check only if it's open.
Very large ornate gardens showcasing the tulip amongst other beautiful Spring flowers. The pleasure of the visual senses are only matched my the amazing scent given off by the millions of flowers on display. A great day out which I would recommend to anyone except a hayfever sufferer with friendly, helpful staff.
Wonderfully beautiful. The garden is very well maintained so you can have a relaxing walk and take memorable pictures (with a camera or in your memory) even when it is very crowded. The only thing you should be worried about is the weather. Make sure it is sunny or partly cloudy on the day of your visit.
Tulips tulips tulips..
This is one of those places that you cannot miss.. even if you re just briefly visiting Europe around April or if you live in a nearby country.
You should however check the dates and peak hours, because sometimes the car parking may be full and you cannot get in. If you need to go in one of those days you can try to go around 13-15:00 because at that time some people are already leaving, so you can easily find a slot.
Every year the park has a theme (2019: Flower power - photos below), and based on that they will have a big floral design made near the center (you can find it on the map).
I also recommend if you have time and the weather is nice, to check the tulips fields nearby. You can walk or drive from the main Keukenhof park for a few minutes. I added some photos with these field below & this is the place from where you see the famous photos of people staying between the tulips.
A riot of colours! An exquisitely collection of flowers, and the true beauty of nature!! Has to be on your wish list!
Even though we came at the last day of the season, the flowers were beautiful and the park itself is lovely too.
Too many people, it's impossible to walk as you are always pushed.
Magic blend of soft fragrance and explosive colourful flowers A fantastic place to visit many times
Now I'm not a great flower fancier but this is fantastic.
Amazing view. You can try to rent a bike and go around the area. You will be surprised with the view..!!
Since 2007, I've visited the Keukenhof every year (in total 272 times). Never a dull moment; every day you'll see new species of flowers, colors, shapes and patterns. I'm looking forward to enter the Garden next year, with -I'm sure- new surprising beds full of tulips, daffodils, muscari, fritillaria, hyacinths, orchids, lillies and much more.
fantastic place , cant recommend enough! great food, and try to have the pineapple and kiwi juice
The most beautiful theme garden show.I guess 2018 was a romantic theme.Just awesome. This has been our 3rd trip in succession.Every year has been a breathtaking suprise for us.The amount of preparation work is unbelievable. If I had one request would be to stay open in the restaurants and the boat rides after 19:00.That would be romantic.Kind Regards,Chris&Lee King.
Beautiful park and friendly Gardeners!! Will definitely visit again and hopefully we'll get better weather next time :)
Way too touristy and way too crowded. But the flowers were beautiful
Great experience, we went on Saturday and took the bus from Schiphol. We rented the bikes and went around the park in the fields to see the flowers, really nice!
One of the most famous tourist attractions in the Netherlands. prepare for long queues. In the spring there are loads of flowers (tulips) to see here
Beautiful garden with such colourful tulips. Pleasing for the eyes and soul.
Amazing collection of tulips and other flowers on display! You will need a whole day to enjoy the park..
Would highly recommend but during start of May or mid May for wonderful Tulips.
Stunningly beautiful but very busy. If you can cope with the crowds it's a definite must see.
Very beautiful place to visit, where one could easily spend the whole day admiring the pretty tulips and other flowers they have. Flower lovers and Photographers will love it!
Also handy Keuenhof have a bus in place to take you to the gardens from Leiden train station. Also, beaware the gardens are almost always busy and that everything for sale at Keukenhof is priced at a premium.
Great place! Very crowded but really impressive works. For flower lovers. Also recommended to rent a bike and visit the surroundings.
Beautiful place with loads of tulips. But its quite crowded on weekends. Try visiting on weekdays for better experience.
Beautiful gardens, but expensive but well worth the visit
Really fantastic day out. The place is magical and there are some interactive pieces of sculpture and bridges the further round you go. The only thing you should be aware of when going here is that the food is so expensive, bring your own and have a picnic to keep costs down. It would also be nice to have even more things for visitors to do going around.
Place is a good picnic spot try the outside food trucks and stalls they arr good, plan a one day trip to get most out of it.
Lovely place to visit, very clean flower park in the near of Amsterdam and the ocean. Different food stalls around the park. The park is selling many flowers on site. It's possible to order the park and entry tickets online in advance. Enoughng spots available.
This is a big garden located in Lisse, The Netherlands and mostly known for their huge collection of Tullips. Area divided between indoor and outdoor, where in the most outdoor area you could see various types of Tullips. There are also several area that could be use to rest and sit. It will be super crowded during holiday season, for instance Easter Holiday. It costs around 26 Eur for entry ticket and return bus ticket from Leiden
Stunning. Beautiful. Amazing place. Have to be on your to do list
Really beautiful park. The parade not really worth to wait to see. Nothing spectacular about cars with a bouquetes.
Great place to see some amazing colours and types, not just your standard tulips.
Such a beautiful set of gardens - we walked around for hours and it kept our interest the entire time.
If you arrive out of the season, you can't even get a look of the park. But within the season it is amazing.
Had a wonderful experience at Keukenhof. Breathtaking Tulip park
Breathtaking! You have seen a garden like that. The number of flowers you can find here is impressive.
Wonderful and beautiful botanical gardens. Wonderfully maintained like heaven.
A great place to see all different type of tulips. Sadly, when I went there were no more tulip fields, only section and section, still it was an amazing experience. Therefore, before you go better look up which month is the best to visit and make the best out of it!!!
Amaziny unique experience and easy to get there from AMS. Needs more restrooms on the facility
It's a such a pleasure to visit this park.Plan a full day for a visit.Take food and drinks, if you want, but there are a lot of little street food restaurants with salmon and herring. There is a boat trip inside a park (16 euro per person).Best to come not at the weekend.
Awesome experience! I never knew there were so many kinds of tulips
What a wonderful flower exposition. Calling it a flower garden is an understatement. Keukenhof it the epitome of tulip display. The arrangements blow you away, time and again. We loved how the pathways were sculpted through the flower beds making them accessible and giving the walker a paradise like experience.
Lots of flowers! You can see just about everything in around three hours. There are several restrooms and restaurants on the site.
Fantastic display of tulips grown in the park area, climb the windmill for views of the park and the tulip fields beyond. Various food stalls are dotted around the park so you'll never miss the opportunity to grab a bite or an ice cream on the way around.
The best way to get there is to book at one of the tour shops in Amsterdam Central or there is ample parking if you want to drive yourself.
Great collection of flowers and
Excellent flowers arrangements
Love this place! The tulips always manage to bring a smile on your face. But these are only the gardens and if you are planning to explore the fields, take a bike and explore around. The gardens are located right at the centre of the famous flower growing regions of Holland.
Visited on a coach trip. Gardens not to be missed a mixture of formal gardens and woodland walks. There are also a number of pagoda's each with its own unique displays. Coffee, snacks and restrooms never more than 10 minutes from pretty much anywhere in the gardens. Wrap up warm wind can be cutting even with full sun.
Was really impressed with the park! Had a great day here. So many flowers and great photo opportunities.
Absolutely beautiful, always great to visit. You can spend a full day enjoying the gardens with flowers, relax and let the kids play and run around.
Very flourishing, colorful, and breathtakingly beautiful.
The place where I dream much to go. Beautiful place with various colorful flowers where can be enjoyed much. The ones who likes to take photos will find many awesome sites. Highly recommended to go.
