Amazing flowers, horribly crowded park! We decided to visit the tulips park and we prebooked our tickets online with transfers. At the airport, we had to wait in a huge queue for more than a hour to get a place in a bus to Keukenhof. When we got to the park, another queue awaited us. Finally, we are in, or... We entered in a sea of people, with some flowers from place to place. Nice ones, but when you fill suffocated in a park, during spring... Not nice enough. When we finally finished looking around, we went back to queuing for 30min for a bus. When we were the next to jump in, our group (we were 6) was split in 2 busses, even if we told the bouncers that we were together and there was space in the same bus... Could have been a much nicer day... Just if the park would decide not to oversell and instead to permit a controlled number of people at different times.

Amazing place probably best seen in mid April, on the 1st of May a lot of the blooms were gone over or going over, but still well worth seeing, the place was kept immaculateand the staff were very friendly and very helpful, food was very good and unreasonably priced

Absolutely stunning and beautiful! A must visit in April at least once in your life! However the float parade was poorly prepared and not worth the time and efforts to line up 2-3 hours before it begins. I suggest to spend more time in the garden during the visit rather than waisting time for the float parade.

I got a little bit disappointed while walking in the gardens. There are no good descriptions of the artwork and no pictures of the flowers on the signs. We were unfortunate to visit keukenhof in March, when many of the tulips where not in bloom and it would have been nice to at least see pictures of how all the tulips differ from each other. Otherwise, this place is amazing and I could have spent hours walking there.

Spectacularly beautiful garden that give you a sense of being out in the forest at and in a stately garden at the same time. It has very diverse (over millions) of flower species and are constantly cultivating new ones. This is a heaven for pro gardening, flower farmer across the world, as well as enthusiasts and pure spectators who just want to observe the the beauty it has to offer.
It's only open for 2 months from the beginning of March through to end of April. And it can be very crowded at times. But it's definitely worth the visit as it's over in a life time kind of experience.

When i imagine "theme park" this is the most essential definition of the phrase - more so than Disneyland. This is what royalty managed and provided to the people in years past. Enjoying the fulfilling views of hundreds of organized and carefully considered combinations of tulips gives the feeling there is so much more beauty out there we've never seen before, and yet more than enough to satiate us of the beauty within eyesight.

The park is gorgeous. Unfortunately we were a bit early and we did not see all the tulips.. but still the gallery spaces were amazing. If you have the chance to go would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful garden.

Beautiful garden.

Pros:
Vast area. Great for a day trip outside of Amsterdam.
Food at the restaurant isn't exorbitantly expensive. Other fast food and snacks too are well priced.
Washrooms are quite hygeinic.
Souvenir shops are actually interesting. Not just generic souvenirs.
Lots of beautiful exhibitions and great photo spots.

Cons:
Getting to the museum can be tricky so book a trip that include a round trip of bus. We got ours through our hostel.
Pack a snack or two. And be prepared to walk a bunch. Also the tulip fields that are a highlight of this trip are seasonal and you'd be lucky if you actually see it. The view from the top of the windmills is amazing.

Who would have thought that walking and looking at flowers would be so delightful! We spent almost 3 hours and still didn't make it through the park. It was amazing and worth the price for parking and admission. They have a cafeteria style cafe, food and dessert wagons, a zip swing and playground for kids, a petting zoo, a windmill, and countless photo opportunities. Having experienced Keukenhof now, I can see why it is so popular!

Such a beautiful place! Really stunning to see all the colors and different verieties of tulips. Don't forget to check of the different indoor spaces, Beatrix with the orchids in is particularly stunning! Also would highly recommend the restaurants the food was really good served in a canteen style so no stress. Only downside was the thousands of people lol couldn't help photo bombing loads of pictures on your way round.

Amazing!

How to describe a place like Keukenhof garden? Must visit if you go to Netherlands, once this is one of the most beatiful gardens in the world. you can also rent a bike and go even until the beaches of the North Sea. Fantatistic, outstanding, amazing experience. There won't be never words enough to describe Keukenhof!

A beautiful place to celebrate the gorgeous Dutch Tulips. So many wonderful colors and lovely gardens. Perhaps slightly a tourist trap, considering added fees for parking & crowds, but still well worth it!

We went for the annual flower festival and didn't have enough time to see everything. Would be good if they offered season passes, return passes or a few day pass, rather than having to pay 18 each time. I WILL be back before the end of the season. Make sure you get in early so you can spend the whole freakin day there so you can see all the beautiful arrangements.

Also dog friendly is a plus. Parking is 6 and food available is average.

Amazing gardens! This was our first visit to Keukenhof and it was wonderful. The flower arrangements were spectacular and beautiful. There was a couple spots where the flowers were starting to die but it was still incredible nonetheless. The food sold there is pricey and doesn't taste great so eat before you go!
