Head massage man hands were shaking non-stop and they didn't resolve the issue.
I asked the receptionist if he had any medical issue that could result in such hands shaking she said no. I told her I wasn't satisfied she said 'I understand' 6 times but yet did nothing to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to the owner.. she said she was out of town and also had no mobile reception.
Very disappointed with both the lack of prosfessionaliam of the staff esp. receptionist. Also such shaking hands if not a medical issue then probably a sign of alcoholism and therefore shouldn't be working there.
Avoid this spa/parlour.
It was first ever visit to a SPA. So I don't have a experience to compare with. I opted for a deep tissue maasage. I liked the part where masseuse used its weight to massage my back and then its elbows to destress the muscles. The massage lasted a hour and was followed by a steam bath and shower. Overall it was an average experience but given the price I think it isna value for money.
Good Service in Manicure and Pedicure
Hair Treatment and Face Treatment
Elite spa saloon.
Very expensive but amazing service
Beautiful spa that highlights traditional Tibetan Kunye massage
I was so delighted to find this gem of a spa in New Delhi. Recommended by a Tibetan friend of ours, my travel companions and I enjoyed a luxurious Tibetan massage. I was really surprised to find that the shower afterwards was also a steam room. Because it was late, we didn't get to enjoy the hair shampoo and dry, but that was also included.
I happily support the Tibetan community. Jigme, the owner of the spa, also comes from the same area of Tibet as my teacher, so it is an auspicious connection. He was incredibly gracious and generous. Next time I come back I will definitely enjoy a facial with the massage!
When you finish your massage, make sure to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at The Coffee Shop next door, also owned by Jigme. Cheers!
The cut and shampoo for men was 470Rs. It feels stronger than in Japan, but he did it carefully. The finishing razor is a little scary, so I can refuse it. He was guided to the basement and did it.
The ambience is pleasant. The place is optimally located and the staff is courteous. Once inside you do feel that you need to indulge more than what you came for. They also give green tea and water as complimentary. The facilities and the work done on your body is also optimum.
Horrible hair stylist . I have never got a worst cut . In the name of trimming he choose my hair straight. Not recommended for hair styling . Spray be better....have not tried
It's completely a nice spa and it's affordable too.
One of the best spa's in town! Utmost professionalism, courteous staff n peaceful atmosphere..This place n it's massages are very very relaxing! It's always a treat to be there!
I went there to enjoy their Signature Oil based Traditional Tibetan Kunye body spa (60min). The staff was really helpful and offered Mineral water along with Tea/Coffee. Ambience was very calm and professional. Located in the middle of market, this spa + salon can be easily found. I must say, they are expert in what ever services they offer and I am very satisfied with the experience. A must visit for all spa lovers and crazy hair styles.
Wht will be mine interest. However gd service. Pressure point technique is very known to staff.
The go-to destination for haircuts and massage! Do not think twice.
Horrible service. They burnt my hair while doing my keratin. Their senior most staff such as shama, zyed are inexperienced and full of themselves.
Best place in town to go for spa manicure and pedicure - they have amazing range of spa products and the service providers are very efficient at goving you a relaxing time.

A Hair Trim appointment doesn't mean herbal tea.
Went for a Hair Trim after a confirmed booking, waited a whole hour and got herbal tea instead of a haircut. In their defence, their tea was unexpectedly divine.
As a man with long hair, I have very limited choices for a good hair trim.
Their men's section is underground in a basement. Their seating area has a family of 3 mosquitos that like to work in shifts. I didn't see any of the the hair stylists so I can't comment.
The haircut area had 5 empty chairs in right in front of me. For a. whole.hour.
I parked my car in the market parking lot around 1710hrs. THAT guy came asking me to move my car at 1830hrs. So I left some of my tea there.
Such decent tea. I must say. The chamomile almost tasted like buttered popcorn. My hair still needs a trim though.
Got a nice haircut while on journey of rediscovery. Quite an experience.
I love how nice and professional these people are. Very polite and cooperative. I don't have a lot of hair but yet they brought out the best of it. How can I not rate them 5 stars!
DISINTERESTED UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED EMPLOYEES. POOR SERVICE.
I visited the Alaya Salon in Saket for a simple hair colour touch up on 25th August 2018 at 2.30pm. The following are my observations -
1. Loudy employees - I waited for almost 10 minutes before my service began(which was not a problem as the employees were having lunch). However, a few of the employees were talking and laughing extremely loudly, looking at clients on and off. It was extremely uncomfortable and I think the salon should take this issue seriously.
2. The guy who did my hair knew his job when it came to applying colour however his hands and clothes had a strong cigarette stink which was really bothering me.
3. No one came to check the hair colour after the wash. The guy who had applied the colour was no where to be seen.
4. The junior staff who blow dried my hair were pretty much the most disinterested professionals I have come across in Delhi. They were in a hurry due to whatever reason and the person holding the dryer was not even looking at my hair. The blow dry did not last long as it was not done properly.
I would not recommend anyone for Alaya's salon hair services.
Earlier whenever I visited, it was great experience. But this time it was just the opposite! I think the staff has been changed. The woman just didn't seem to care how n where the pressure should be given. When asked for hot oil they say it will take 15 mins and we only do in winters, but when I insisted n she got the heater it just took 5 mins! Proper massage was not given. Highly dissatisfied this time.
Very inefficient staff
There is a lady who calls herself senior makeup artist and she only makes your face white and does not know how to do basic eye makeup.
Very slow staff and most of them are clueless about what they are doing.
Please save your money and do your makeup yourself or go to another salon.
Very nice people's very polite & their work is excellent hair cut facial was very good
I would give them a 10/10 for everything! My favorite place for a day of relaxation!
Bad had to wait for an hour and had a miserable cut.
Their services are amazing and cleanliness is top notch!!
not at all value for money. They do not have expertise in Salon services. They were a spa ctr earlier and they r good at only spa rest everything is waste of time and money. Staff aren't experts, host/ receptionist are rude. Overall experience was bad. The products aren't good for facial and pedicure etc.
Awesome Place.....And Amazing Experience....Beautiful Saloon
Miserable hair cutting. Seems the staff is inexperienced and very callous in approach.
Perfect place for a relaxing service. These guys know their job. The best haircut I ever had.
