It's a very quiet RV park the staff are friendly and helpful to make sure that your visit goes smoothly there are two lots to choose from depending how long plan to stay for availability. They have 50&30 amp back in and some pull through
Full of thrills and entertainment. If you're a mom with a small child at least 36 inches tall, there's the livestock competitions, displays of art work that won ribbons, ponyrides and trains, and other fun, less dangerous rides. There's also a free concert area. The grilled food looks and smells amazing. If you eat there you won't regret it. Though this year I brought my own food, as well as food for my son, since I'm on a tight budget.

The RV park is also only what it is, a typical RV "parking lot" like so much in the USA, no nature, no trees, only many permanent residents.

Attended the model train show over thanksgiving weekend. Clean, nice vegetation, good place for events.
We're at the Hula festival ! Having so much fun! It's some great dancing hula . If I did some moves like that, I think I'll break something. These girls and yes guys can really shake it.. Two large stages, and yes, my favorite ,Food. You can eat, eat eat, and drink some killer Captain Morgan Hawaiian yummies . It's the bomb! Don't drink and drive ! Kids area , also. Trackless train and jumpers. They got it all. Hurry, last day!
The Alameda county fair was great, very large and many food options
Venue was not as promoted and very small. We came from 1hr away just to be disappointed and we got food poisoning from an undercooked corn dog. Won't go back
It was my first time here and my family and I had a blast. They had some fun rides great carnival games. The food was awesome, there was so much to choose from.
great place to go for ethnic eatery and bet the ponies. the convivial atmosphere elevates the Fair ultimate enjoyment.
I got my toe& thumb rings out there rolling coaster ride wasent so fun.
Great food, monster trucks, dancing, music and fair animals.
The fairgrounds are great. The property is well keep. Bring a jacket in case you get cold. Bring a lite snack/lunch. Benders are expensive (lunch).
Nice area and nice staff, with great selection of food and activities. Only problem is its highly inflated prices and questionably safe rides; it looks like it's barely maintain at legally operational level.
Be aware of the summer heat is all I can say. Seems like every year the big story at the county Fair is the heat.
I love that I get to come and play games and how there are booths there to buy things and eat different types of foods and its just a really fun place to take the family every year

The behavior of your security guards is nauseating, inexcusable, and "disgusting."

Exhibits are in facilities that are airconditioned. Prices for food and beverages are over the top!!!
The AMAZING amount of price gouging that goes on here is breathtaking. I simply can't abide paying an entrance fee, paying for parking and then paying for virtually everything inside. The only thing that's missing is a permission to leave charge.
We had a great time watching the Motocross demo at the County Fair.
Quite pricey at 15 for adults 10 for kids. It's also gets super hot at this time of the year, over 100 easily but guess it's not their fault. There's a couple exhibits you can go indoors with ac to escape the heat.
IT IS OPEN AT THIS TIME AND IT IS REALLY FUNNY, THE VERY RICH FOOD, GREAT PLACE FOR THE FAMILY

Rugged Maniac Run was awesome! Just challenging enough to be fun. Great after run festivities for food and drink.

It was fun, not crowded when I went. Stayed for concert. Like the big screen. Too many choices for food.
If county fairs are losing attendance, they should start changing or adding new divisions like THC enhanced edibles, extracts, etc.

Parking on the 4th of July wasn't so bad. The traffic getting in was awful at first, but then it turned out people didn't realize two lanes were able to make a right. Parking is $10 and the fireworks show was fantastic--bigger than Disneyland! Make sure to buy tickets in advance, so you can get reserved seating in the derby stands.
Great place to take family and friends! The petting zoo had soft animals, the items for sale are really kooky, and there's always something happening everywhere. A little bit of everything for everyone!
Make sure where do you parked. It's hard to remember.
It's definitely fun but the prices are ridiculous. If you're bringing a family, you'll have to give up an arm and a leg to be able to afford food, rides, and games
Good variety of booths, games, rides, entertainment, but needs a better map to help locate places better.
A good place to store your rv or boat. Cheapest place in the bay area plus free dumping. There is also a small store for parts and repair. Propane is also available at cheaper that the other local places.
There is always a large selection of different kinds of food vendors to choose from and all of them are great! The bbq corn is so good it falls off the cob and has that smokey taste. The chicken squires are really tasty. And the oreo shake with the souvenir cup is amazing!

Went to the Metallica pre recorded concert. It could have been a little more organized and should have had food trucks available but since Covid I understand. Screen for showing should have been bigger in my opinion
Great place to spend a whole day having fun. I loved the rides and the carnival game. Local artists and lots of other vendors have set up stalls. Loads of stalls selling yummy food. The county fair goes on for 18 days. Get your tickets now.
