I deal with all sorts of Insurance companies and appraisers in my line of work. One word of advice, avoid this particular company if you can. No one will return emails, calls, etc, seems they will try to tie you up with as much red tape as possible to try and hinder claims process. From the other reviews it seems this is the norm. BTW this company was once known as ASI and were on the same level then.
Terrible company! Insurance companies use external companies like these to deny claims. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Do not allow them on your property and insurance companies should be ashamed for using them.
Took my claim money from state farm and then didn't attempt to contact me to schedule the work and wouldn't answer OR return any of my calls. Smells like a scam company.
USAA started assigning them as 3rd party to homeowners claims. Had a very well documented hail event causing significant damage to our newly constructed 8mo old home. Over the course of two months absolutely no resolution to this claim because of alacrity. The adjuster they assigned is extremely unprofessional, shows up covered in grease/dirt and looks like a carnival worker at the local county fair. Poor judgment, poor insight, unprofessional and horrible business processes. It was only until I threatened filing a claim with the state insurance board that USAA stepped in and took over the claim internally. I highly recommend you fight for your rights as the insured and demand an internal adjuster and do not mess with a company defined as incompetent.
They DON'T deserve even 1 star, but this wouldn't let me post without it! DON'T waste your time or money with this company!! They're NOT in business to take care of customers, only line the pockets of the insurance companies and adjusters. Two years plus and our HVAC replacement is still incomplete. Had 3 local companies come to give estimates for fix as soon after storm came through town and this company won't even acknowledge. Took many months before they even sent one of their team to come and inspect. This is wrong and shouldn't be allowed.
Honesty this company deserves a negative . I ve been dealing with my claim now for 4/5 months and I ve constantly gotten the run around about my check first they sent it to the wrong address now it s some other excuse . They have poor communication skills . Not professional . But they gone make sure they take their payment out of your account faithfully every month . All around it s a terrible company and I will never use them again
Liberty Mutual, my homeowner s insurance carrier, arranged for Tito Soto of Alacrity Solutions to be the insurance adjuster for my claim. I called and confirmed the appointment with him for 4:00 pm on 8/13/2021. He never showed up and not even a courtesy call or email! I called and texted his cell phone and no response. In fact, his voicemail box was full and would not accept messages. I left work early in order to be home in time. What kind of person conducts business by completing blowing off his clients and goes around with a full voicemail box. It takes at least 100 voicemails to make a cell phone full. Completely unprofessional!
I had hail damage on my roof from a hail storm that my contractor (who does 50% of his work on roofing) pointed confirmed after a big storm. USAA set up an inspection from Alacrity. My inspector seemed rushed from the second he got there and completely blew us off. He said there was no damage when he was leaving, but my contractor tried pointing to the evidence, and his words were (in the most condescending tone) "well, I guess you know more than me and my short 21 years of experience, so why don't you write the report". His report went so far out of its way to claim no hail damage it is ridiculous, but all of his pictures are from the unaffected side of the house. He kept referring to my contractor as 'the painter'. I am disputing his report.
Horrible. They are only there to screw over customers and illegally perform acts of licensed insurance agents under the guise of a "hired 3rd party admin". Do not trust them and refuse to communicate with them. Demand direct communication with your carrier.
If you like getting paid for claims you ve ran, DO NO ACCEPT ASSIGNMENTS FROM ALACRITY!!
If you do run claims for them, CHECK YOUR STUBS!
They don t pay and when they are confronted about it- they don t do anything. They don t care, just another typical corporate company that only cares about getting what they need out of people..
