Very poor customer service. Unable to provide extra bed. They offer valet parking. However that can take up to an hour before they take your car away to park.

The hotel and service are tired and I will not go back to it again

Amazing place to stay and I suggest this place to anybody who visits Abu Dhabi. Nice food and cool place to be in Abu Dhabi. Surrounded by many Indian restaurants, good places to visit, it is worth the money you pay.

Decent sized rooms with good breakfast. Overall neat and clean. Some guests do indulge in shady business but it is not really apparent or rampant.

Everything is excellent except the restaurant. Restaurant is good only for breakfast, poor menu for lunch and dinner. Staff in the restaurant are very slow and dumb.

Not too bad for what we paid but I hated the bathroom because it was too dirty and the towels were too old and discoloured. The location was fantastic and walking distance to Abu Dhabi Mall.

I have been to this hotel and stayed for about a Week. The service is excellent and all in all it is totally worth for the price regards to the Price and Location.

The location shown on Google maps is not correct. The actual location is 1 block east of where it is shown now toward 10th street.

The Hotel and Apartments are very nice and quiet. The location is very convenient to Abu Dhabi Mall and several reasonably prices restraurants and a taxi ride form there to almost anywhere in the downtown area of Abu Dhabi is around 20AED.

when you say no pre-payment that means no advance payment and when you say FREE CANCELLATION that means you dont charge for cancelling but unfortunately the most uncovenient and not respectfully customer service,charge me for something that is free of charge and no refund at all.what a horrible experience

Hotel gave me an upgrade for free. I booked a studio but i got a one bedroom apartment.

Really good sized and quiet rooms and comfy bed. Free Wifi gave pretty reasonable speed. Roof deck swimming pool a little small but clean and warm. The lift will only allow you to move between Reception and your floor. A real pain if a colleague / friend is on another floor as it means you've always got to meet on the ground floor! Plenty of places to eat around the hotel, cash-point nearby and the Abu Dhabi Mall is less than a 10min walk away.

Clean Hotel.Staff are very helpful and all the services are availble like wifi,business center,swimming pool,gym.In breakfast also so many varties are available to eat like fruits,juices, breads etc.Everthing is available near by hotel.Abu dhabi mall is also walking distance from hotel.Best place to stay in abu dhabi.

I have been staying in this apartment since 3rd May 2016. The aprtment and facilties provided are excellent. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Clean and hygienic batrooms. Highly recommended hotel apartment. The location is also the best close to malls and supermarkets.

For me, what this hotel had going for it were its overall location being very convenient and the attentiveness and friendliness of housekeeping staff.

The reason for me docking a star is that most all the staff from the entrance, front desk and the lobby never greet you, much less utter a word when you walk by at any part of the day. Could that be how the establishment wants to run things?

The staff are so rude and not accomodating!!!
Would not recommend to go there!!!
