Rested in April in the UAE (Sharjah) at the Occidental Sharjah grand hotel. I want to express my gratitude to Al Khalidiah and personally to the guide: Zarine. Zarina professionally and, at the same time, very unobtrusively told where to go fashionably, to a tourist who had been to the UAE many times. Thanks to her, I managed to visit Abu Dhabi at the Louvre Museum. It was very interesting and informative! Thank you so much!!!!
I use the services of the company from time to time at lower prices than other operators, and the professionalism of the guides and their attitude towards tourists is captivating.

January 11, arrived at the Dubai airport, the hotel is 15 minutes from Dubai, but put in the wrong bus and taken to the other side. After 3 hours (literally) brought to the hotel. But this is not the essence of the problem, the problem itself is that the company ignores the request to sort it out. The representative (Konstantin) on the very first day promised to bring the complaint form (today is January 14th and every day promises so). I am writing to the company, on the first day they promised to transfer it to the transport service, they also ignore it (I threatened to complain to the Ministry of Tourism already).
If on January 15 there are no results, I m going to write a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism, I m not too lazy.
I vouch for the above. The way it is.
Used this company at Hilton Doubletree Marjan Island in Ras Al khamiya. Unfortunately not very impressed, the chap who manned the desk was never there and had to wait 30 minutes each time before seeing him. Appreciate this is a Russian centric tour operator but the service was lacking, he actually seemed to be getting annoyed with me when I was trying to book. He also suggested a combo ticket for IMG world which was close to useless as the food ticket is only valid at certain resturants, I spent most of my afternoon bouncing from one restaurant to another to find a suitable meal. I will be writing a review on IMG world which is to avoid at all costs.
The only silver lining was the driver he sourced who was very good (actually spoke better English than him).
