Used this company at Hilton Doubletree Marjan Isla...

Used this company at Hilton Doubletree Marjan Island in Ras Al khamiya. Unfortunately not very impressed, the chap who manned the desk was never there and had to wait 30 minutes each time before seeing him. Appreciate this is a Russian centric tour operator but the service was lacking, he actually seemed to be getting annoyed with me when I was trying to book. He also suggested a combo ticket for IMG world which was close to useless as the food ticket is only valid at certain resturants, I spent most of my afternoon bouncing from one restaurant to another to find a suitable meal. I will be writing a review on IMG world which is to avoid at all costs.

The only silver lining was the driver he sourced who was very good (actually spoke better English than him).
