January 11, arrived at the Dubai airport, the hotel is 15 minutes from Dubai, but put in the wrong bus and taken to the other side. After 3 hours (literally) brought to the hotel. But this is not the essence of the problem, the problem itself is that the company ignores the request to sort it out. The representative (Konstantin) on the very first day promised to bring the complaint form (today is January 14th and every day promises so). I am writing to the company, on the first day they promised to transfer it to the transport service, they also ignore it (I threatened to complain to the Ministry of Tourism already).
If on January 15 there are no results, I m going to write a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism, I m not too lazy.
