Most of the staff was friendly. The girl on drive through was ignorant to one of the fellow workers. The clientele isnt all that great either being next to a tobacco shop.

In the same regards as bk and McDonald's, you should know what to expect from dq

The DQ on Essington Road near Caton Farm Road has excellent staff and great selections! Even when very busy, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Place is small, no place to sit. I asked for a sample of the sour patch. I was told they dont give samples. So if i dont like it, can I get something else? Gals response was idk. Wont be back.

Been going here for years and years and years. Today i order a blizzard for my granddaughter. The lady doesnt flip it over just hands it to me. I ask her for a coupon for my next visit cause she didnt flip it over. She says you were busy and didnt see it. I never had trouble here so i called and talked to the manager. He says yes she did. You didnt see it.
We will never come here again. We go 2 or 3 times a week.
Plainfield dairy queen you just got all of our business,!!!
Not because we didnt get a coupon but because of the way we were treated.

I live right by the Dairy Queen on RT59 and I drive out of my way just to go to this location, everyone there is so friendly! Emily who works the drive through window is the sweetest girl. she is always so polite. She greets you with a smile on her face every time. I give a lot of credit to these kids. It s not easy to work with the public, sometimes people give bad reviews for no reason. Just like the comment above complaining that the store is next to a tobacco shop? Really?
I recommend this location to anyone in the area. Friendly, Great/fast customer service and of course awesome ice cream !!

This is my favorite DQ, because there always fast and delicious

Three employees working and it takes a half hour to get ice cream...
I pull up, they are standing around talking and not caring about the line that keeps getting longer.

Get my order wrong and then when I said it was wrong. The lady said I didn't order it. I'm not happy because it's not the first time this has happened.

Drive thru not so nice but it was near closing time. All of us enjoyed the ice cream and family time... even Ripley the Boxer

The young people who work here are top notch! This DQ is very consistent in quality and is always clean. When the fake pandemic came to town, their drive-thru was nearly an hour wait, but totally worth it!

Love this place. For it being run by teenagers they do an outstanding job. The only setback is the drive thru. They need to fix the speaker system. I think it would make things more fast .

Prices starting to get kinda high!!! Also shake sizes got alot smaller!!!

We essentially paid $10 for 2 cups of vanilla ice cream instead of Reese's Pieces and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup blizzards. This is not the first time this has happened at this franchise. I would rather drive out of the way to a different DQ than visit this establishment again.

My wife and I go here way too much for our own good but it's always so good. The staff is always friendly and efficient even with a line out the door or wrapped all the way around the building in the drive thru. My sole issue is with the design of the drive thru but that's not something the staff or maybe even the ownership can control.

Awesome ice cream here overall, great service and they have a huge variety of flavors available.

Yummy choices. Good prices. For the most part nice employees. Unlike the one on 59 by renwick. I don't like that drivethru. Its pretty tight to get your car to squeeze in from a turn.

Very rude horrible customer service. Apparently they cant take phone calls when they have customers in the store and hang up on you .

They're great. The only critique I'd have is a speaker at the menu board would make the drive through faster.

Have pretty good ice cream but they can be pretty expensive. But they have plenty of choices from ice cream to smooths to ice cream cake. This place is good if u like ice cream. But I think they should make there own egg not like overuse around Christmas. If u l in le ice cream this is decently the place to go if uh like ice cream. This place is good place to go if your hot in the summer after a sport or if u just like ice cream. Recommend it.

Good service great ice cream what else could you ask for the only thing I didn't like about it was their drive-through they should fix the sign in the back that's been broken for the last 30 years then you can order and I don't have to wait for 15 minutes every time you go there

For more than 2 years I have always had wonderful service. Last night was absolutely ridiculous. I waited in line 28 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. This has never happened before. They did have 2 employees working. Paid 5.90 for nachos. When I got home they were so stale I would have broken a tooth. Threw away. I have had many times before. Totally different Awful. They were cold on top of everything. I m afraid to go back!

I saw a very attractive guy working there and i havent seen him since and I regret not asking for his number to this day but 5 stars for him blessing my eyes

Ordered cake online. 4 days early. Go to pick up before party, colors all wrong. Not to hard to read the order and make the cake correctly. Frosting should have been pink, it was white. Letters should have been pink, nope red. Excuse was they don't have pink frosting....then get the website fixed so you don't offer it. 5 dollars off for their mistake. If I had time to mess with getting a cake elsewhere I would have just left them with it. But, they knew I didn't so I took the petty discount and will not shop there again. Be warned. With that all said, the young man that helped us was apologetic and did what he could. Whomever made the cake, I'd suggest reading comprehension lessons. I wouldn't go so over the top as to say birthday ruined, I will say it's a fail for this location though

Did an awesome job at making my mom's birthday cake. She has severe allergies and they were awesome about working around it. They also contacted me to let me know that the crunch that is in most cakes have one of her allergens in it! I definitely recommend purchasing an ice cream cake from here.
