Very, very friendly owners and employees in a very good location

A beautiful place, inside the wonderful town of Mondello

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Very close to the sea and to the center of Mondello. Great breakfast.
The BB offers services such as beach umbrellas and deckchairs to be transported directly to the beach and a nearby parking area (about 250m).
The place is full of restaurants all around where you can enjoy what you want.
Very clear water.

Nice hotel. 50 m and you are at the promenade. The beach is free nearby, in the evening it turns into a promenade. Sunrise early in the morning at two steps is beautiful, the sunset goes over the mountain. I live in the second building on the third floor, there is no elevator. But from the balconies a wonderful panorama opens. Breakfast is good, coffee will be prepared for you. Communication with Palermo costs 2.8 euros, if you take a ticket in both directions.

I stayed for the 2nd time at this property and I found myself very well welcoming friendly staff clean and well kept rooms excellent location we will definitely return.

The staff at the bnb is absolutely superb. Very attentive and helpful. There are two main drwbacks though. Firstly, it is very noisy. During weekends noise from the street kept me awaik till 3am. As many bikes and cars with loud music circulating in the main street. Secondly, mosquitos there are many if them in the evening. Opening door for a minute resulted in number of them in the room. Breakfast was pretty good for italian hotel. Choice of fresh bakery and some ham and salamy. Could be a nice hotel if not that noisy.

Great location, a stone's throw from the square of Mondello. Large, clean rooms. Abundant breakfast.

Very spacious rooms cleaning in four days never changed sheets and towels the breakfast sad saddle always the same things and quality I let you think.

We stayed the last week of August with friends; a Bed & breakfast that I highly recommend, near the sea, clean, large rooms, varied and plentiful breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent hospitality and really kind owners.

Very clean and cute, all white and light blue. There is no lift and the floors are 2.

Excellent accommodation, Modern, clean, very friendly and attentive service. Our flight arrived in Palermo at 10 pm and the receptionist waited only for us to check-in (a genius). Very good breakfast
