Al Areen Palace & Spa Review

I visited the palace tent at Alarin and it was a very nice and distinctive experience
And teacher Shisha (Mustafa) respected man and the ethics and very helpful .. I recommend dealing with him

Slider cafe at bsb staff atif and marites has a good costumer service. Always wearing smile. Chef renjith made very nice pastries. Thank you for the good service.

Very beautiful Shi Chalet private and gorgeous basin length of 120 to 140 meters and next to the Jacuzzi and a place where I recommend swimming with high but in two jobs I admire the first chalet from within the marble smooth quickly gliding in if there is Mai from the basin and the second Shi ears and not heard ears ears and not even pray Maarfna I hope Halchglten improve them, for example, put rough pedals at the bathroom bathroom corridor and I hope once heard the ears of them

Place is amazing in terms of decoration and design but it doesn't worth the cost paid to attend ghabga in Ramadan tent. Food selections weren't up to the place standard, and most dishes were empty, nothing was getting refilled, only one live cooking station and no one was there to cook. Service was bad, it takes ages to get your requests done or even get ignored. I would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone to go for their Ramadan tent, it was absolutely waste of money.

I stayed in villa 204 .it was a nice experience .everything went well.I would like to thank mr.Prasanth for his excellent service

The iftar buffet was excellent and had many varieties as well as the service was great from Apple and Gigi. 1 negative comment was about smoking in the iftar tent

Saffron restaurant he is the best in alareen and its really delicious and the staff is too good specially Tushan

the hotel is to far from the markets in the desert we lost several times no sign to reach the hotel also to expensive

I love the brother Hani Al Ali for the honesty of his dealings and the speed of his interaction and the brother Jabir also and the worlds in services (Joey Dib) and the restaurant is very delicious (Yassin) offers you options in good demand .. Only the resort's entertainment is lacking!

This is the old review .. took them less than several hours to convert me and my family from very upset to so pleased...

I have always been a fan of this place. I stayed here more than five times with my family, I am writing now during my stay; one and half day so far and was planning to extend for one more night.

Honestly, this place has deteriorated a lot compared to our previous stays. For example, we found our stereo system not working and we had to call them 4 times to get it half fixed, we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the pool cleaned, no wireless headset, no upgrades of their electronics, I asked for the mosquito's killers but we have not gotten them.

One of their receptionists in particular was really not professional and have been rushing us when we call, all the requests went through him were wrong. For example, I told him on my way out to clean our 3-bedroom villa and that was around 7 pm today, we came back at 2 am.. the villa was not clean !!!!! When I called, I received a cold apology and they sent one guy to clean the whole villa while we were inside!!!!

This will probably be our last visit to this place.. needless to say that we might not extend our stay for one more night as we were planning..

Unfortunately, I don't recommend Alareen currently.

Al areen palace and spa is nice and beautiful place,if u want to make relax u coming here the place is good and nice ambiance,if u want for wedding also nice and beautiful,people work here also good

1. The hotel is beautifully secluded and contains about 80 independent villas which have a private pool
2 - I recommend booking in time to get a suitable price because its prices are usually expensive
3. My stay was good if the receptionist's lack of efficiency did not bother her
4. The staff are cooperative, respectful and faithful

The beauty about is that it's a very cool and quiet area.

Staff were gret. Excellent service at the Japanese resto. Benjamin greeted us at the front door and toured us until we left.

I visited Al Areen twice. Both during This month. They represent the highest standards of pleasure. Peaceful place to relax . As for the spa. Landa were very polite and professional. She provided the best massage and facial. Place is breathtaking. So quit and peaceful. Love everything about it. Thank you so much Landa for the best massage .

AlAreen is such an elegant Hotel. Had their iftar their which was lovely.

Its a bit over priced and you cannot go in with any food :), so you will end up paying almost 30-50% extra for food. The facility is a great place to be in though and its worth trying!

The perfect place to clear your mind also good service very friendly staff, osman is the best always smiling & friendly.

It s a quiet place with many facilities you will enjoy it specially with family there is kids club where they can learn and play. The gym is clean with many equipment. The Indian restaurant is tasty and there prices is reasonable. The spa is excellent but the prices too much high.

My honeymoon was perfect during my stay. I enjoyed the honeymoon package that was amazing to spend and worth it. Customer care, reception, all staff & Mr. OSMAN are welcoming and smily all the time. This is the environment that I advice everyone to take this experince, then you wish to repeat it again. My regards to all and wish you a successful years.

Let us start with the Disaster of a staff not professional, very very few, and take long to serve for a big place. The place is great for couples & families. Clean. Quite. +30 minutes away from the city.

I visited Al-Areen Spa's asian cuisine restrant for a romantic evening for my 4th Anniversary and they prepared our table with rose petals and candles and treated us like royalty literally addressing as my prince and princess!, the food was amazing atmosphere was also superb, prices are very decent for what your getting, its a quiet lovely peacful place and within the resort is a long walk way from the spa to the restrant filled with flowers trees and man made lakes, if you don't want to walk all the way back, they can provide you with a gulf cart transportation.
