Thank you Alareen for the sincere apology... special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Mohammed; the Guest relation manager who has addressed all my concerns even before seeing my review on google. This is Alareen I know. ..

The secret was Mr.Hani who has conveyed my message to his managers at 3 am.. and things were fixed before noon .. Thank you again.

By the way.. I did extend my stay for one night and Mr. Ahmed took good care of that night

This is the old review .. took them less than several hours to convert me and my family from very upset to so pleased...

old and void...

I have always been a fan of this place. I stayed here more than five times with my family, I am writing now during my stay; one and half day so far and was planning to extend for one more night.

Honestly, this place has deteriorated a lot compared to our previous stays. For example, we found our stereo system not working and we had to call them 4 times to get it half fixed, we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the pool cleaned, no wireless headset, no upgrades of their electronics, I asked for the mosquito's killers but we have not gotten them.

One of their receptionists in particular was really not professional and have been rushing us when we call, all the requests went through him were wrong. For example, I told him on my way out to clean our 3-bedroom villa and that was around 7 pm today, we came back at 2 am.. the villa was not clean !!!!! When I called, I received a cold apology and they sent one guy to clean the whole villa while we were inside!!!!

This will probably be our last visit to this place.. needless to say that we might not extend our stay for one more night as we were planning..

Unfortunately, I don't recommend Alareen currently.
