Weak breakfasts, old rooms, but a huge plus is its own beach

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, on the beach with a beautiful view of Spetses Island. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff very friendly. Excellent choice for relaxing holidays.

Nice hotel, nice room, good buffet breakfast and dinner, in a beautiful bay, with a bad sea though. The water is dull, very rocky, they have tried to put sand but not successfully. The kids club is nothing special. Good choice in general.

Great location . The rooms were ok . The food was medium and WiFi was accessible only in certain parts of the hotel . The problem remained during our stay although we mentioned it a lot of times .

Excellent choice for family holidays. High quality and great variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. Many activities for children and great facilities for the parents. Hinitsa bay sea is one of the best. Great choice in general.

The hotel has been significantly upgraded after the renovation. Its benefits are clearly equivalent to the money you give. Daily meticulous cleaning (change in sheets and towels). Endless morning buffets with a great variety. Congratulations on Elizabeth's behavior at the reception and the girls at the spa. Unfortunately, most employees lacked a smile. It is unacceptable to cover the sunbeds with towels.

We were hosted at the facilities of this amazing complex for three days in a two-room apartment and we were completely satisfied with the infrastructure and the level of services. We will definitely go again and highly recommend it.

Very nice beach located in front of a hotel. Umbrella and sunbeds available (for a fee) even for those who are not guests at the property. Shower available.

The room was clean, clean about it.One problem was in the kettle.I came to make it but it went on! The evening buffet did not please me! The meats were medium! Only the salads were worth the beginning of June and the beach we never found a waiter! The sea is crystal clear of course, and it is worth to go! The staff is courteous however!

Because no matter how much I appreciate the facilities, the cleanliness and the location, the kitchen staff and the quality of the food were so below average that it really made our stay difficult.

Last year we just returned from our vacation (5 nights) in Hinitsa Bay. My husband and my two children really had a great time. New hotel, clean, great food, with daily room cleaning. We had breakfast and dinner included in the price.
On the downside I would say the outrageous prices for a coffee ( 3.60) and a toast ( 3.80). Also in the evening you paid for the drinks and water did not serve bottled single tap. Also if you asked for tap water they took a long time to bring it because they gave priority to customers who had ordered something for a fee.
Also the first post we were informed that my husband and I had a 15 'free massage. We made two appointments with a young man in the space indicated to us and we made the appointments one after the other. After we had the children. My husband went first and when he finished he went up to the room and I immediately went. The girl who was there remarked to me that I was late (around 5 ') and that since we have children I had to book another time.

Agenestati and of course made whole issues because I did not pay. If I paid he would not say anything

Great view, everything else very average, especially the service, which was dreadful. Staff bored and clueless. Beach very average, this is really not such a great place for beryl young kids. Beach is very Rocky, playground is useless.

Very nice hotel .. with impeccable staff, very nice breakfast !! The beach of the hotel is unique and the pool is just perfect ... It was our second time there and you mean we will go again !!!

Our stay at Aks Hinitsa Bay was a wonderful experience. Our children had a fabulous time and enjoyed the activities arranged. The staff was very polite, the resort was very clean and the amenities were very satisfying. Overall we had a great time and are definitely coming again for a longer stay.

High price for what it offers.
We had paid for a triple with a double bed, and they gave us 2 singles together and a ranch. The TV signal "freezes" several times. Very good and daily cleaning in the room. Very good breakfast. It has perhaps the best sea in Porto Heli.

Amazing hotel ... Many congratulations to everyone. The reception staff are always smiling, polite and willing to serve us. They gave us early c / in without asking and we gained several hours from our short stay. The restaurant staff is always direct and willing to serve us. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is very tasty and with options for all tastes ... We had a great time. A big thank you to everyone ...

The place around the hotel is wonderful, perfect sea and swimming pools, excellent food, very good service. I uncover it!

The place was neat, the rooms were spotless, and the view to the sea was magical !!!! Rooms with sea views are really worth as much as anything. Full of children who shout, play and cry ... of course, if you have children, it suits you as much as anything, like us, because you don't have a sense of continuity, lest you bother because they are everywhere !!! In short, in families I highly recommend it, in couples they can definitely find something more relaxed. Rich meals with many options were of course lacking in originality but had so many people that I imagine they could not do otherwise. The beach is quite nice and again great for kids because it didn't have depth. The pools are large and clean, not as shown in the photos but fine. In general, I would gladly go again ... always with children !!!

When we arrived we liked the location as well as the aesthetics of the place. We chose this type of accommodation because we had heard good words and thought it was a covid free vacation option. Masks were mandatory in all indoor public areas. Most did not wear it, they passed in front of the staff and the staff did not even reprimand them. Neither in the reception nor in the buffet nor in the elevator and in general the sense of protection that was one of the main reasons for our stay there did not exist. Well done to the auxiliary cleaning staff. The ladies are very kind and willing to help you. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel was the food. In the morning, the hot dishes are delicious, many times they were not hot, of course, some techniques such as the bain-marie are unknown, but also the puff pastry stale and standard! Some of the girls in the staff were upset if you wanted more than one dish, incomprehensible for a buffet meal, but some others were quite polite. Breakfast may be partly worth the money if one is not very picky about what one eats. I felt sorry for the people who paid half board. The first night we were tired we said to go down to eat at the hotel buffet and the price was 20 euros per person if you had not paid half board. We assumed that because it is a respectable amount nowadays, it will be rich. When we got off we saw very few dishes, spaghetti (cold) with minced meat or sauce, sausages, chicken fillet (theoxero), baked potatoes (unsalted and cold) and rice (in hospital I ate more delicious). Of course we talked to the person in charge and his excuse was that he had not tried them.
The pool was very slippery because it had slipped on the tiles
I put one star for the sea and the other for the cleaning staff.
I would not recommend it to anyone who is used to eating well and coming in contact with hospitable people when they are on vacation.
If you want a vacation that only concerns you or the sea and the cleanliness of the room, choose it. And not half board !!!!!

I visited it as a visitor. Very nice installation, very rude young employees. The rest of the days I preferred the next beach to "grandma's tavern"
