I made a decision in this company that I came across in the internet search to get English education and I enrolled 3 courses as a discount. I am actively going on now and I am very pleased with the knowledgeable teachers and the quality of the service it offers.

I am writing because of my close friend's grievance, they accept everything until they get the money, but they do not keep their promises and do not care, I do not recommend.

Computers were old and contracting in the course I took.

I received a web developer course 1.5 months ago and said that I could not attend the course due to my job status. Since the subjects of the software courses are quite rich and diverse, the subjects that need to be covered during the total course hours cannot be trained.
For example; While a subject should be explained in 20 hours, the subject is told exactly in 2 hours. Because time is limited!
As such, you have to switch to another topic at the very beginning of the topic you need to learn.
So to speak, they switch from teaching the alphabet to teaching the topic of making sentences.
No matter how good your course instructor is, he has to deal with the topics in the curriculum within the time allotted to him.

In particular, you have enrolled in the software course, you give your money, your efforts and the computers you encounter are historical artifacts. Some will not work, some will only open in half an hour, some will have a keyboard and some have a mouse. You will definitely have problems with the computer you are sitting on. Then they will say "bring your own computer".

I have to say that these criticisms do not cover any employee or trainer working in the institution. All of them are employees with a very good work ethic, highly professional trainers. Unfortunately, you are not an institution that deserves such trainers!
You may be ignoring these criticisms, but review the money you will give for the course, most importantly, your hours, your labor.

After about 3 months of graphic design education, this is the place I will not take any other education and recommend it to anyone. I am very pleased with the teacher who gives the training, there is no problem in him. but never from the academy. once, they give everyone different prices for training. No, he doesn't have that campaign, he makes a different discount for everyone who is nonsense. those who receive the same training are much cheaper than you. they will put you in a sucker. They run after you until you register. but they cannot even properly adjust the course environment materials with duties. In the training I received in the summer, we had to do lessons in that heat (heat of izmir + heat of computers) for about 4 weeks because the air conditioner was broken in the classroom. they had to put a new one when the last fight broke out after they had kept us busy for so long that it would change. unfortunately it does not help us because the training is over. In this process, we were left with the rudeness of the employees and the words we heard.

I entered the course in 2018. I have received a software specialty certificate. Computers were crashing, we couldn't get full performance.

Hi, I bought 2 hours of special training for the purpose of trial before getting a 30 hour special training at the i academy. I e-mailed the topics that should be shown in the course. (at least so that the teacher can work). However, when I took private lessons I was completely disappointed. Until now, I have taken private lessons and courses in many places. After having talked under the name of the course if there was a need for a total of 2 hours without coding a single line, the expected sentence came and he said let's do what you want to buy for 4 more hours. I realized that the first 2 hours to teach something more 4 hours to sell the purpose .. You do not throw your money in the trash.

Since I do not like online trainings, I purchased Computerized Accounting Course (Netsis + Mikro) & E-Invoice, E-Archive and E-Ledger Applications Training zmir course from -Academy for Face-to-face training on February 15, 2020. I enrolled in the course with a friend. We paid our fees directly in cash, 1 week after the course started, the course switched to online education as the world entered the pandemic period. I found this situation quite normal, as a result it was a natural phenomenon that affected everyone. We started online training, but I would like to state that I do not understand online training, I understand face-to-face training. For this reason, I called the i-academy and said that I wanted to take my education to the next training, because we had sincerity before, they approved this situation without telling me to sign any document. Because of these sad situations, I could not complete the projects I needed to train and I had bad events with my workplace and had to leave my workplace. I was in constant dialogue with Ms. Merve for the training, at certain periods (10,15 days), I called and asked when the course would start. They told me to call me on this day and they constantly postponed my call on the days they said, finally they told me to call on October 20, 2020 and I called them on that date. They answered exactly as I was looking for, Mr. Erdal, on the days you want, there is no quota for our education and they said let's take you to our next courses. I told them that I would come to you constantly and you know why you are telling that the quota is full, they said exactly that. They said that we suffer from our trainings, we have to give priority to our newly registered customers. Now they're verbally harassing me for commenting on Google, as if I'm not their customers. Because of these unpleasant events, I cannot train the projects I need to train and I am embarrassed by my clients. I have suffered material and moral damage due to these events. Friends, I am saying that as someone who recommends I-Academy to everyone. After this, I will not even pass you by. I am sorry for the shame I gave more than the money I gave, I hope others will not experience this.
