I'd rate the Albert house 3 out of 5. I just moved here back in June of this year an let me tell you everyone in the office is nice an polite and respectful and try to fix the situations but it dosent help. I also ran into a issue where some people are smoking weed and cigarettes within the apartment complex. And of course its not allowed but some do not listen. Also had work the next day and there where people blasting music it woke me up at 2:30 in morning when I had to work at 7 am. I tried to constantly ask do give me a different apartment. But they will not. All you have to do on the lease is change the apartment number. But they also make up excuses why they can't switch your apartment. So if anyone comes to look at the Albert house apartments make sure its right one dont get stuck in the situation that I am in. Also there some awsome people here but also disrespectful ones so watch who you try to associate with. Point is you guys need to fix the problem because of you can't your rating will drop more. It'll end up being a slumb oh and everytime the smoke smell happens i feel as if it somehow comes to my bathroom to where its smokey and you guys shouldve really waited to move people in seems like you guys are not done with any of it yet i see maintenance constantly have trouble with diffrent floors guys need to get together here. IT MIGHT ONLY BE THE ALBERT HOUSE PROPERTY. other properties im not sure about but hope there better then this.

I have rented from Murray Properties for two years. My experience is the staff and maintenance are not sub-par. The make sure that your rental needs are treated fairly and timely. I never want to move I am just that pleased and happy with the professionalism and care.

Great company to deal with. Their employees care about their tenants.

They have been updating their properties inside and out! The new Management team is very professional and efficient!

Depending on were you live, you may have a decent experience if you don't have to deal with Bonnie Murry. She is a nightmare and you will get cheated but she is very sneaky about it; she learned it from her father who passed away. I started out in low income housing and she was covertly stealing money from me, it took a very good lawyer to spot it. Avoid her at all costs. I had to hire an attorney to get out of my year long lease and it was a battle.

The staff is prompt, friendly and helpful. There have been upgrades done during the past few years under the new management. Keep it up!

As well as being employed by Murray Properties, I have leased from Murray Properties for over 17 years. Murray Properties had a change in Management 3 1/2 years ago and it have been a most positive experience, not only as a resident, but as a great company to work for.

Being a resident with Murray Properties for over 10 years, I can truly say that their maintenance staff is top notch. Both with any maintenance issues, and with snow removal. They are very trustworthy and friendly. Now as an employee, I get to interact with the maintenance staff regularly. I also get to meet wonderful new people all the time, that become our residents with Murray Properties. This is a little company with a BIG Heart!

They are awesome helped me find a place to rent and was nice and treated us great.
