I hired them for my wedding to transport my guests...

I hired them for my wedding to transport my guests to and from the hotel everyone was staying at. The next morning they emailed me and said they are tacking on an additional $500 dollars to my bill for a clean up fee. I can certainly understand a clean up fee for a mess, but $500?! That is just taking advantage of someone.They never mentioned anything about it before and I was in total shock as i was preparing to go away on my honeymoon to get an unexpected email like that. Total mood killer for my new husband and I. Buyer beware! I would definitely not recommend.

I have used AJL for business and personal for over...

I have used AJL for business and personal for over 4 years and they have ALWAYS showed up on time with clean vehicles. We used their services from the Coach service to their sedans and every vehicle and driver had been exceptional clean and professional, NEVER late. I also used them for my family and I airport transfers and local services. Thank YOU to the AJL team for your above and beyond services.

We used AJL for a June rehearsal dinner/wedding in Dallas. The good: The buses were clean and comfortable. The drivers were courteous. The buses were on time getting guests to the venues. The billing process was straightforward and there were no surprises. The bad: The air conditioner did not work on all of the buses. The buses were not waiting after the events to transport our guests back to the hotel. After both events, we had to track down the company and tell them that the events were over-despite the fact that our events did not veer from the itinerary.

Their employee side swiped my vehicle and now their employee is lying about the incident. He provided all of his details, license etc at the time of incident but now claims that he has no idea who I am, he never hit me, I flagged him down for unknown reasons and he provided me with his details just because. A company that backs an employee like this when they claim to be about safety is not a company I would want to hire! They take no accountability for what damage their employees cause!

This service was way less than acceptable. Our hotel had recommended the service so we had confidence that they would be top notch, wrong!!!
We were offered an acceptable rate on a bus and a limo. A week before the event, when confirming our services, we were told the limo rate would be two and a half times the quoted rate. When i reminded the lady their calls were recorded she said a supervisor would review the rate and get back with us. When that happened the following day, i was told the vehicle that we reserved was in the shop and would not be available. Funny I guess this service only owns one limo. The driver of the bus did not follow directions and had to be called three times to get him to take our passengers to the hotel on the first return run making him late to pick up our second trip. He parked in a very inconvinent spot for our guests, requiring our guests to walk in the rain a much longer distance than necessary, and further ignored requests to move closer.
I really wish that we had not ever heard of this service and let the hotel and venue know of our disappointment so that maybe noone else will have to go through what we had to.

They could not honor a long standing limo reservation and did not let me know until 5 days before my wedding. Even after the mistake they only reduced my bill by $15 for a much lesser vehicle. Wish I had used a different provider for my wedding.

Stated we could bring a grill on the bus then at time of loading, they wouldn t let us. Also, our trip was to see the cowboys play. They went to the wrong lot and drove us around for an hour to try and find the right spot. Wouldn t recommend this company if heading to a sporting event.

We utilized AJL bus company for services from Dall...

We utilized AJL bus company for services from Dallas out to Arlington for a Cowboys game. We prepaid the company for a parking pass. In addition, we had a grill that we wanted to take with us to use during our tailgate. We called the company ahead of time and received confirmation that it would fit on the bus and that we would be allowed to transport it on the bus to the tailgate. Upon arriving, our bus driver immediately advised we would not be allowed to take the grill (that we had rented specifically for the weekend) with us. As we got closer to the stadium, he also admitted that he had "forgotten" to purchase the bus pass with the money we had prepaid. He stated the lot was full and that we would have to find somewhere else to park. We proceeded to drive around the stadium for no less than 2 hours. Finally, someone on the bus purchased a bus pass from his own money from the lot the driver had said was full. After MUCH arguing, he finally agreed to drive us back to the lot. On top of all of this, the driver's attitude was absolutely terrible. He was extremely rude to the entire party, and condescending with every word he spoke. It was an absolute terrible experience and I would NOT recommend this company.

I would definitely use AJL again. Great experience from beginning to end. We wanted to have a mini-bus take our church small group around town looking at Christmas lights. Was recommended to this company from a friend. Their rates are very comparable to other companies, but my experience with AJL was more professional from the phone call and looking through their website. I got confirmation email immediately with the exact price quoted on the phone. Three days in advance a text was sent to me with a phone number for questions or changes and my confirmation number. On the day of our trip I called and asked to be contacted via text when the driver arrived because we were eating at a restaurant. Our driver was nothing short of impressive and made the trip even better. He sent me a message as he was arriving and got us all over town with ease. Great job Joseph Clay!!

I rode on multiple shuttles for Main Street Days i...

I rode on multiple shuttles for Main Street Days in Grapevine. Every driver I rode with was amazing, and had a great sense of humor.
At the end of the weekend I realized I had left my iPad on one of the shuttles. Raul in their dispatch was able to figure out which shuttle it was on and helped get my iPad back to me. I will definitely keep this service in mind for future needs.

Exceptional customer service in Dallas from Hilton...

Exceptional customer service in Dallas from Hilton Rockwall to the airport. We realized that we were on wrong shuttle ( our error) when we debarked at Love. Gentleman driver Joe Ryan took us to DFW! Our HERO! Joe and AJL CLASS ACT!! Thank you!!

I am a wedding coordinator and one of my bridal parties used AJL based in Dallas. The drivers themselves were great and I had no problems with them. However, at the end of the night dispatch was awful. I believe my representatives name was Armando. He wasn t able to find my wedding or the driver information. He stated the only activity he had was in a location over an hour away. When i was able to track down the drivers name he was finally able to do something for me, but instead of placing me on hold or telling me that he would be hanging up to call the driver he simply hung up on me. Not at all how you should be running customer service for such a high end company dealing with high dollar clients.

Great service from the Sales end (Elisa), dispatch...

Great service from the Sales end (Elisa), dispatch (Henry), client services (Nikki) and the entire team of drivers for our 45-vehicle group recently. They monitored our flights, kept us updated on driver status and flight delays, and provided the highest level of service to each of the members of our group. Highly recommend AJL.
