The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a business. They don't allow you to call them, they don't offer live chat, they ignore your messages on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, and their email support is almost non-existent.

I have had an issue I've been trying to resolve for 28 days. Their "customer support" go in circles, never resolving the issue. When they do reply, the responses are from a template, they never actually address questions that you directly ask.

On multiple occasions they have asked me to "allow for 48 hours". Once the 48 hours have passed, they don't reply for another 24-48 hours, meaning 72-96 hours have passed, and then the whole thing starts again.

It's worth noting that this isn't a one-off. I have put off writing this review for months, as I wanted to give them more chances. Each time, the same thing happens. Nothing ever improves.

No modern, tech based company should ever offer such substandard customer service. The excuse they give for not having a phone number (we are an online marketplace) is complete rubbish. Pick any reputable online business and they will have a contact number. It is clear they do not value customer support, if they did, they would make an effort to listen to the people that their business depends on - the Workers.

I don't have the option to give them less than one star. If I did, that's what they would be receiving.
