Nice little hotel with amazing views of Catania, all items are charged to the hotel so be aware. Very close to many tourist things like volcano tours, vineyards, street food. Grounds are exceptional with friendly, beautiful staff.

Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. I liked the wellness less, in my opinion, to be optimized because of the many entrances from the outside with dirty shoes; overall, however, a beautiful structure. Friendly staff.

we had room with a great view of the sea in front of us and mountains all around and spacious terrace, breakfast offers enough choice, friendly staff. sauna pool clean and care. a little note i have missed mattresses on the chairs for tanning.

Well looked after, good service, small spa, too much badly managed mess. The dinner for the cost, was not up to par, ready-to-eat and badly heated. Overall I recommend it, great view.

Midweek dinner. Local beautiful with magnificent views of a scene. The offer of the house provides a 25 euro menu for first, second and contour, excluding wine and drinks; possible to replace the first with appetizer. Or you can choose the paper, but in practice should the 25 euro menu. Dishes good with generous portions, prepared with good raw materials. Friendly and efficient staff. In conclusion, a good dinner, but I would expect an offer of a menu prepared with a little 'most sought after.

Hotel enclosed in a beautiful setting. Professional and kind staff. Cozy clean rooms and beautiful views. You can eat well with a rich and assorted breakfast. You can also find the small but free SPA. I booked a room for the october and I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful and panoramic structure deserves a hearty breakfast

This was the final hotel of our studios tour (Aeolian Islands) and for us (my friend and me) unfortunately no highlight. We had booked a double room and got - with a view to the street. The double room was very dark in the decor and therefore more of a chamber in general - and had only a mini-balcony (shared with the other room next door).
The other side of the hotel has a pretty nice view and there are better rooms for an extra charge - but I have not seen.
The outdoor pool could not be used, as there was a wedding party on this day.
The food in the evening was good, there were several courses for our group. The breakfast was ok, the selection could be better.
The wellness area inside was not modern, but you could spend 1-2 hours the time.

Negative experience. Staying in a hotel including a spa without a dressing room is useless. All this only with the purpose of necessarily using the room obviously paying more than the overnight stay. Never again!

We went to this hotel for a wellness program we had been given as a present. Upon arrival the reception was very nice we were given a room next to the spa and everything looked very good. We did the Spa fortunately in the morning and there was hardly anyone there. We had a wellness program that gave us the opportunity to get up to 18/19 with support in the room. Practically the support in the room is obligatory because inside the Spa there are no toilets and there are no showers, and it is small but comfortable. I say fortunately because in the early afternoon many people arrived and the small spa was filled with people so that they can not even get in, so was the noise and confusion with my husband we decided to leave early. We also decided to have lunch there, I do not recommend it absolutely, both for quality and for quantity, high prices, flies and do not take coffee because they bring you a disgusting ciofeca. The only positive note the lady Rosalba kind and helpful. We spent a lot of lunch and massages and then ran away.

Hotel is restrictive .... I would say more like "paradise" ....
I had the pleasure of staying, albeit for one day only, in this large hotel and I found no negative points: from the food to the comfort of the rooms, from the cleanliness to the courtesy of the staff .....
Everything has been wonderful and I can't wait to go back.
The SPA is really the optimum .... The optional path, explained by the assistant, is truly relaxing ...
Among whirlpools, emotional showers, paths on stones immersed in hot and cold water, to be covered alternately, the various saunas and, finally, the pool with water jet from above to massage the neck and the immersed beds, make sure to make you want to never leave the place.
In the morning, upon awakening, a breathtaking view between the mountains and the sea appears to the visitor .... Even more calming ....
Hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner with generous and tasty portions ....
Only the assistance in repairing small "smudges" in the SPA (buttons not working) should be perfected and it would not be a bad thing to clean up mosquitoes, to be done more frequently (I suffer from it) ...
Overall 10/10 ... Highly recommended ....

A unique place immersed in the woods and with a breathtaking view

This is the second time I go to this hotel and I have to say that it's all very nice, especially the wellness center. Restaurant service and food are also excellent.

At every concert in Acireale, I cannot fail to go to this regal and majestic hotel spa center .. first in the ranking for your own taste, from the welcome; at the service; good food served in elegant equipment and suggestive panorama. To the comfortable and clean rooms, continuing to the spa centers with an adjacent garden ... all at the foot of the wonderful Mount Etna. A romantic and unique place. To return for the 4th time ...

We stayed in the hotel for just one night when buying a relaxation package. The resort is in an enviable position, with breathtaking views of the Etna villages. The hotel is new, elegant and the atmosphere is romantic and pleasant, classy. The experience in the wellness center was refreshing, thanks also to the high professionalism of the masseuse who welcomed us and to the functionality of the spa, very clean and never too crowded. As for catering, an average dinner, maybe we expected a little more, given the beauty of the context. A very pleasant surprise was, instead, the breakfast of the day after: a very assorted buffet and for all tastes with high quality products. The only real negative note (I don't want the very nice director), the fitness area: a poorly ventilated room with five malfunctioning tools, definitely to be modernized and expanded.

Amazing view of the valley and the sea. I stayed in the annex and the rooms are large and welcoming. Very hot. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant is always very good, very appreciated the homemade pastries that are present at breakfast. more than positive.

Nice location, great views all the way down to the sea. Helpful personnel. Room ok but not special.
We didn't like: WiFi did not work in our room (we live in 2016, not in the nineties..), hotel accomodates Large groups that fill up the dining room. As a consequence, the dining room was very noisy. Food was ok, nothing special. Main waiter at certain moment shouted to his colleagues; Italian temperament is ok but shouting.. Another waiter was eating / chewing each time she entered the dining room!! All this did not add to a nice dinner experience and certainly not to the quasi chique appearance the hotel tries to show.

Normally we would stay here for a week. However, the hotel is closed due to the reception of homeless people after the earthquake of 26 December. We visited today and were offered a free drink. We think that's great.
