- WE CAN NOT RECEIVE THIS HOTEL!
After 10 minutes staying in this room geckos jumped out of the air conditioning. We were so shocked that we could not stay longer at this resort. Unfortunately they did not give any money back. The stuff was really rude and there was no feeling of being in Holiday.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not very clean, it had many creepy crawlies and after 10 minutes air conditioning there are two geckos jumped out and got into our room. When we reported this to the staff, they showed no sign of coming in and were even very naughty. We decided to move to another hotel. Unfortunately, they did not give us a cent and we paid the full cost.

Tasty food. Not too heavily seasoned. I had the spicy pork salad, a good balance of fats, minced pork and assorted greens.

We had a party of around 15. Our orders took slightly some time so we asked the waitress and she said the orders will be here in 3 minutes. So we timed it. To our surprise it took 2 minutes 57 seconds.

Kudos.

1 star less due to the higher price point but that's only because we weren't there for the scenery.

The room is a bit small. There is a variety of breakfast, beautiful views, a small pool to play Chinese people, a lot of Chinese tours, breakfast, a little late.

Who wants it quiet great location with great views. Beach air line 650 meters. At the hotel there is no beach just rocks. No kiosk. Tasting only in the expensive restaurant. After Karon 3 km. Walking an adventure. Then with Taxi 250 Bath easy. Bathroom old and dingy.

My daughter and I stayed in an ocean view room last week which had beautiful views surrounded by trees. We cannot fault this place, staff were friendly and helpful, food was excellent and our room spacious and clean with a great balcony. I have read many reviews complaining about the steep climb and steps. It is called the secret cliff resort!. We had no problem calling for a golf buggy to transport us around when required. The sunsets from the secret sunset garden at the bottom of the resort were just perfect. The infinity pool was so peaceful and views beautiful. Yes we had to taxi or ride in a tuk tuk back and forth to patong or Karon but we didn't find this a problem at all. We would definitely return here again. It was just perfect for the two of us and found everyone really friendly and helpful.

This hotel is lamentable, I am currently, the rooms are outdated, the water flowing in the bathroom is brown, breakfast cold and pastry stale, restaurant closed because of party for the staff, music and DJ all night but Of course we are not invited ... tell me they bought them or their stars because I do not even give them 1 it is a shame to propose such an establishment

WiFi never is reliable off more than on. Food prices are high. Majority of staff are very good.

The view is good, the rest is very bad! Expensive, they waited a long time until they brought the dish (2 hours of french fries), only cocktails were carried for 15 minutes. Taxi from the restaurant to the beach Karon 300 baht!

Great location and views. Check-in and out procedure is chaotic. We specifically booked on ocean side of the road, as there is more atmosphere. Food at restaurant is great too!

The property is superb. The rooms are elegant and private. The view from the porch is beautiful. This sea facing hotel is perfect for a quiet stay with family. I loved staying here, and would recommend it to others to visit too. If you love a glass of wine and a book in hand and the sound of sea,this is the place to be.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Food isn't worth it though. It makes for a good picture tho. The massaman was dry and lamb was abit tough. Pizza was cold but they did say that they have to order it from another branch. With that type of price I expected a better food. Even the juice drink was a disappointment. Tasted like it came from a box.

What am amazing experience. The 2 hours massage took me by surprise so I even introduced my 3 other friends. A must visit.

Great location far enough away from the busy tourist areas to make it much more enjoyable place to stay and just jump on a scooter to find your way around. Spectacular views. No water on arrival as plumbing was down but thankfully that was resolved quickly.

Unfortunately, I have to tell you that this "hotel" is a pure disaster. Honestly just rip off. If you want to book something with a view of the sea trees stand in your way. Wifi is almost only at the front desk, which works very bad. If you want to get away from the hotel to patong or karon it will cost you 300 baht. So there and back 600 bath a day what you have to spend !!! The rooms are very unhygienic! They also have some pets (lizards) Under the sinks moldy! As well as on the poolside! If you want to have breakfast you have to cross a busy road. If you have not been run over, you can get a coffee from the coffee machine you need 30 minutes. The open bowls can be used by everyone including animals. The highly motivated employees hardly care about them. And think "where did I land here"? And if they want to complain to the front desk they are ignored. Here hardly any English or any other languages speak. The communication between the staff is very bad if you want to book something here book with an interpreter: D The prices here at the restaurant is a joke! !!!! Attention rip-off !!!! I would not even give a half star!

Lovely venue but the water in the hot tub is brown with floaties. After four people came to check it managements solution was to downgrade us to a smaller room without the same view...
