Never order equipment or services under contract. I like the support and believe in this company, but like anything else, if you buy something under contract and want to terminate service, you ll be hit with huge fees. When you activate your equipment, you re agreeing to the terms legally. I never had a problem with this contract or service, but some might. If this were a public company, I d invest in them. I believe in their leadership and engineering teams. I m a user of their services, but know people whom work here. They re good and decent people overall.

I drive trucks for a living, so I decided to get a dash cam. I purchased the dash cam system with GPS. I was excited to get it. ($540.00) When
I got it. I took it to my job to have them install it. They looked at it, and said that I couldnt use it because, we already had a system with gps so it wouldn't work.($540.00) HERES THE GOOD PART. I have never used this thing. It is still in the box. I CALLED LINXUP TO RETURN IT. THEY SAID " WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY AND ALL SALES ARE FINIAL " IM LIKE WHAT? (540.00) I AM COMPLETELY DUMBFOUNDED. I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T KNOW THAT. THEY SAID AND I QUOTE," YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN AN EMAIL STATING THAT, THERE IS A NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY AND THE SALESPERSON SHOULD HAVE INFORMED YOU. NEITHER OF THOSE THINGS HAPPEN. I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE RETURN POLICIES. {$540.00) SO I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES. COMPLETELY DISMISSED. FINALLY I GOT A HOLD OF THIS LIAR BY THE NAME MIKE ALEXANDER. Stay away they DO NOT follow their Terms and Conditions of Service. 1rst of all the devices are not returnable. My husband cancer patient was out sick no work for a few months while in treatment and Linxup out of nowhere and without notice after 5 months they charged my account for $745.98. I NEVER received a letter from them, as their Terms and Conditions of Service states. "We will contact you by letter to your billing address or on your Device." I found out about the charge when they overdraft my account twice in 1 week. I called the company and ask for a call back from the billing department as they were not available and I am still waiting on that phone call. Shady way of doing business. The only thing this company has good is the customer service agent Daniel she was great and extremely patient. Otherwise billing is terrible. Part of their Policy: DISPUTE RESOLUTION : "We will contact you by letter to your billing address or on your Device." 34.1. "Disputes" are any claims or controversies against each other related in any way to our Services or the Agreement including, but not limited to, coverage, Devices, privacy, or advertising, even if it arises after Services have terminated this includes claims you bring against our employees, agents, affiliates or other representatives, or that we bring against you. 34.2. I ve never had a more unprofessional experience in my entire life. I was looking into getting a tracking device for our commercial vehicles and I received a call from Steve, I didn t have good reception and the call was dropped. Steve proceeded to obnoxiously call me back to back 5 times in a row and then TEXT my phone saying if your gonna play games you are not the customer we want to cater to good luck I m completely mind blown. I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back.
