After living at Central Eastside Lofts, an affinit...

After living at Central Eastside Lofts, an affinity property, for the last two plus years I have to say the property was very well managed. Victoria, the property manager for the majority of my time at the property is amazing. I genuinely could not have asked for a better property manager. She was always friendly, professional, responsive, and just all around great. Leaky sink? Fixed. Missing fob? Replaced! Thanks so much! 10/10 would definitely recommend to a friend.

I have never lived in a place as poorly managed as...

I have never lived in a place as poorly managed as this one. It takes months to answer request and we are all asking normal stuff. They need to hire more people to manage the place so they can have time to respond to emails and simple request like check the fire alarms and the electrical system. We talk to the neighbors, and nobody is happy.

Due to lack of drain maintenance, my families apartment flooded in September of 2020 at Twin Creeks Apartment Complex in Happy Valley, Oregon. As expected, the property management accepts no responsibility in the matter, although the complete blockage of the storm drain outside their front door speaks for the quality of care they bring to their property owners and renters. They were one of, over a dozen, families affected by Affinity Property Management s complete negligence. The flooding was severe and flood restoration services were necessary, however it was apparent after re-entering the apartment little was done to ensure it was inhabitable. Renters and clients beware. Model apartment photos do not speak for the quality of management provided by Affinity.

My god, don't bother renting from this property ma...

My god, don't bother renting from this property management company. They are raking in the money while residents get subpar assistance and are over-charged for a box with walls. This review is specifically for the SUNSHINE APARTMENTS in the SE Powell area.

There is only one property manager for all of the units. As a former leasing agent myself this is laughable. There is a reason why most of the units are empty. No one is ever on site to solve problems or assist residents. Hayley, the leasing manager has not been seen in-person for over a year. Though the pandemic is still going on, as a leasing manager she could wear a mask and be on-site. It sure would help if the property company & Hayley installed more cameras like they claimed they would 4 months ago.

Save yourself some money and rent a house. Don't give Affinity your coin, they won't do anything to help you

Do not use them to manage their property. Every time we call our rep she doesnt respond. EVERYTIME it goes straight to VM. Call their main line and see for yourself. Operater? Nope straight to VM. Email? No response. two words for you Affinity "Your Fired".

BEWARE. . This is a poorly built building. ...

BEWARE. . This is a poorly built building. Maintenance is NOT EVEN SKILLED,. at the job. Check this , there are two of them, they are told to always be together FOR THERE SAFETY. Manager had armed security who stopped a week ago to protect her,. RESIDENTS HAVE NO SECURITY, oh wait if you call securtas walk through, incedent reports only. If you like or deals drugs this is the place for you. Building is NEVER SANITIZED, ELEVATOR STILL HAS SPIT AND VOMIT FOR OVER A MONTH. MANAGER SAID WASN'T THERE PROBLEM. WHATT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's talk the Trash, the Trash shoot and Floor. NEVER SANITIZED OR CLEANED properly. Roaches, flies, fruit flies, this can all make everyone sick. LET'S NOT FORGET THE SMELL.

I have never had so much trouble with a rental man...

I have never had so much trouble with a rental management company in my entire life. I have been trying to get a hold of someone in regards of renewing my lease for a 3rd year as this is all that my partner and I can afford post pandemic. I have been trying to contact someone since May about getting our lease renewed. At one point we were told by someone subbing in my leasing office that we would receive the new lease electronically through our portal at the begging of July. Our lease ends in TWO DAYS and I have been calling and leaving voicemails incessantly since July 6th. Not a single person has reached out to me. Today I finally was able to catch another sub in my office who told me nothing has been submitted for our renewal and there was no copy of the new lease in our file (she thought we had been renting month to month) Luckily I had the lease saved on my end however when I went back to give her the new copy she was gone. She also informed me that our original manager took a leave of absence and hasn't come back since FEBRUARY. I am completely appalled at how this situation has been handled and can not fathom what they might do to us if this situation isn't fixed by the 28th. I need to stay in this apartment another year until we get back on our feet but after that I will never be renting from this property group again.

Don't rent from Affinity "The Park @ 28" in the Wilsonville are the office employee is for the most part only onsite at the beginning of the month and that is just to pick up the rent checks, other than that she doesn't want to do anything around to property. The laundry room is a mess most of the time and if and when any paperwork is to be handed out they just put up just outside your door and don't even tell you anything. On the 9th of June 2021 they put up notices at several tents front door saying that we all owed back rent from when they raised rent with out telling us. Myself they raised my rent in December of 2020 and with no notification until seven months after. Now with COVID restrictions being lifted they want to come after people and they have no right to do so! The pictures show how bad the laundry room is and that the office employee doesn't do anything, this person needs to be let go!!! In final this property management does not care about their renters at all just the all mighty green that they get!

No one answers the phone in the administrative offices.

As mentioned by other reviews you can find some of the following:

Not answering their phones that are "open" during business hours.

Ignoring trash pickup and cleaning maintenance.

Overcharge for their properties compared to their competitors.

They like to send falsified documents or documents that do not have correct dates on the leasing agreements to trick their tenants in paying more to live in illegally modified apartments.
