I've held a contract position with a tech company for 6 months now thanks to Akraya. The interview process went very smoothly, and my recruiter was very knowledgeable of the position and how to prepare for each round of interviews.
I have not had as regular of contact with staff since the corona pandemic started, understandable, which did cause an issue to take longer to resolve. However, my overall experience has been positive.
Soliciting last 4 of your Social and other Private identifying information when they are simply just pitching position by recruiter is very unprofessional and unnecessary in the age of Identity theft!!
You all should fix that!
It is a scam, they collect emails asking on your LinkedIn profile for your CV, then they never answer you and they constantly send you Spam. It is not a serious company, avoid job offers related to Akraya.
Overall my experience has been very good with this team. They got in touch with me with the requirement on DW/BI with a high profile tech company and walked me thru the hiring process of applying into the position, setting up the interviews and follow up on the on-boarding, SOW etc. They were very methodical and honest in explaining the situation. Its been close to a month with the contract now. I am very happy to work with the entire team and wish them the very best.
