In an emergency, not forthcoming with any assistance for member to be cared for when caregiver had to be hospitalized. Took several weeks before phone calls were returned. Fought until 1 week before Fair hearing before attempting to offer a solution that was not feasable and months late. Did not have Rn review for 1 year! AND DONT BLAME COVID!
EVERYTHING COULD HAVE BEEN DONE VIA ZOOM AS IT WAS THE WEEK BEFORE THE FAIR HEARING. THEY HAVE BEEN NEGLIGENT.

AgeWell give me good service. Before I was very much disappointed with my MLTC. My case coordinator gave me terrible service. But now I have good case coordinator Zoya Rubinova. She is very good person, helpful and professional .

My mom enrolled with this plan a while back. Everything went very smoothly, enrollment and case management were very sweet and responsive. After few months, we noticed none of her claims were getting paid and her primary doctor contacted us few times. We tried to call the claim department few times and it was unsuccessful. So we decided to complain to the legal/ compliance team. I spoke to to a lady in compliance and explained everything to her and she promise to call me back. Well, again no response. After a year we finally disenrolled mom from this plan. Later, we found out that even Centers for Medicare give them a TERRIBLE rating.

horrible plan, nasty, rude and very unhelpful. Don't even think about enrolling. Can't believe they care for chronically ill.

People are so rude they don t take there to talk to you and they hang up on your face

My sister has been without an aide for 2 months. She is wheelchair/bed bound. Her case manager has never come to the house to check on her, The nurse has not been here since before COVID. This company is poorly managed. They have approved her for more hours, but, has not given her aide. Pointless. I can't believe that they allow their patients to be without care. Apparently, Age Well, does not help their patients "age well"

Whenever I've had to call my local office anyone I have spoken to in the last 5 yrs have been patient, informative & very kind. Answer any question & I never feel rushed off the phone. Impeccable follow up also.

I have very good experience with this company especially enrollment department Ms Michelle is amazing!

Honestly, this company doesn t even deserve a star. They send people without qualifications and who do not take care of the patient. They don t keep the patient clean. This place needs a lot of investigation with the aides that they hire. I m very disappointed. We have had nothing but aides mistreating the patient by yelling, screaming at the patients family or the patient itself. They do not provide their own equipment where we have to provide for them which is not considerate of their company. I m so glad that we are done with this company. I could say so much more.

100 percent run from the company. They do not value the client or the family members. They are professional apologizers. They do not care about your family trust me do not use them. My grandma has been swiped under the rug for 6 months now. Zero follow up and they consistently tell you its being worked on. No one has a clue what's going on nor do they care to help you. Beware save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. If I could of rated zero stars thats what these unprofessional people would get. Months on end with no medical supplies or equipment had to purchase everything out of pocke. The list could go on and on seriously run from this company.
