First contact after 10 minutes of waiting, which redirects me to another service. He never picked up. I hung up after 40 MINUTES OF WAITING.
This approach seems to be applied consistently. If the person you are talking to does not know how to answer your question, they will redirect you to a non-existent service. The phone will beep until you hang up.

The CNS is a very good health insurance company. The Luxembourgers are satisfied. If the cross-border commuters don't like it, they should take out private health insurance in their country. Pay little but then complain. We don't need such cross-border commuters here.

It's an insolence. On the phone one gets quoted quote: "Stay on the device w.e.g. we will be there for you soon". Nobody picks up the phone, you are permanently pushed away no matter how long and how often you call.
This service is the very last and should be ashamed to simply ignore the citizens.
