I had my free consultation on 10/01/2020 and I didn t went for my consultation because something came up. And when I talk to the lady I she said the policy of cancellation was $25 but she never said I had to pay the money because I missed my consultation.. I thought i had to pay money if I didn t went on my appointment.. If she had told me I would have to pay the money if I missed my consultation I would never make appointment for my consultation and the consultation is free so I don t understand why they took money from my card..
